Everything advertised was 100% accurate, this condo has all the comforts of home. A wonderful 10th floor balcony overlooking the beach with views for miles! We will certainly try and reserve this condo on our next trip back to Orange beach.

This vacation spot was wonderful with a great view of the beach. The room was very clean. The location was very convenient to the main strip for shopping, restaurants & entertainment. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after spending a relaxing day of fun in the sun on the beach.

Unit was Clean. It was a Great room for 2 people and provided everything we needed. Enjoyed the big tv and Comfortable balcony. If more then 2 adults I would recommend something with a little more space but perfect for couples

We booked this condo last minute for a weekend getaway to enjoy the beach for a couple days and take a concert. Everything was perfect from parking without issue using the pool and amenities around and the check in process was wonderful. The property management also reached out to me during my stay to make sure everything was good. I will definitely stay there again. The view was wonderful thank you for sharing your home.

Incredible room, clean, nice balcony. The beach and water were perfect, temps in the low 80's wonderful for hours on the beach. The only complaint about this stay had nothing to do with the room. They were doing maintenance on the entire condo building. It just happened to be that they were working on the rooms right next to us and the work started at 8:00am with very loud noise. This is the last thing you want when on vacation. Suggestion would be to start work later so you don't disturb guest as much. Other than that, we will choose to stay in this unit again. It was lovely.

We're so glad you were able to enjoy those wonderfully relaxing days on the beach—low 80s and clear water sound about perfect. We completely understand that building work can take away from the peaceful mornings guests look forward to, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We always want guests to have the best possible experience, which is why we were transparent in the property description and also sent an email at booking outlining the maintenance schedule. Guests have a 24-hour window to cancel for free, though most—like you—decide the beach days are worth it! We hope it wasn’t too disruptive and that you’ll be back soon to enjoy another beautiful stay—without the background noise this time.

Celebrating retirement and wedding anniversary!!

This was the first time staying at this phoenix location(we stayed at another one last December with our whole family). Love Orange Beach!! This property was amazing. Loved the chairs on the balcony to watch the water. The resort was in a great location. The only 2 things not good was: there was only 1 elevator working but it will be good because they were putting in a newer and larger elevator the only other thing was the hot tub was full of sand. Of course I know it’s from the people not showering before going into the hot tub from the beach but just didn’t seem clean because of that. But we will be back!! Thank you for a great week!!!

This unit was clean, beautifully decorated and had a perfect view of the Gulf of America. The balcony furniture was perfect to lay out and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The bed is extremely soft and at first I was worried, but I actually slept really well. The first day our shower was not draining. I called the management company and they had someone out within an hour and had it resolved. Otherwise the shower and bathroom is very nice. The only reason it was given less than 5 stars is the layout. The bedroom is at the front door and next to the next units door. When we arrived the owners were renovating and had a saw outside our bedroom window. While we were worried that it would be disruptive to our quiet getaway, they were respectful and didn't run it during odd times. The unit they were renovating is a 3 bed/2 bath. When rented out, I'm sure it will be quite active. So having the only bedroom at the front hallway/door is not ideal. While we were there the elevators did malfunction. There are two and at least one was out during the week we were there. Having 14 floors, this made coming and going a little frustrating. This location is a great location for families looking for a vacation as there were mostly families here.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend coming back.

Beautiful unit , wonderful balcony ocean view … we enjoyed sitting out there for hours ! Only drawback is hearing some noise from hallway just outside bedroom window, & the light in that outer hallway does not turn off I would consider staying in the unit again though, for that view ! It’s nicely decorated too
