Soyez parmi les premiers à profiter de ce magnifique condo 1BR rénové en 2019 à Phoenix VIII. Phoenix VIII est l'un des meilleurs complexes de condos sur le golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le salon ou le balcon.



Les vues sont incroyables depuis ce condo au 12Úme étage, que vous soyez assis sur le canapé ou dégustant votre boisson préférée sur le balcon. En outre, il y a un lit king dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Il y a un téléviseur haute définition 50 '' dans le salon, un 42 'dans la chambre principale. Nous avons installé des comptoirs en granit et des armoires personnalisées !!!!



Il y a une grande piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, des saunas, un centre de remise en forme et des courts de tennis éclairés.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.



Vos vacances seront complÚtes à Phoenix VIII avec toutes les commodités, la plage et un hébergement luxueux.

Nice location

The room was clean and as listed. I will say the bed was rock hard and the pillows were FLAT. After spending money on new pillows and a comforter to put on top of the mattress it was much better.

Towels were TERRIBLE. Thin and old. I tiny bar of soap, toilet too low for Seniors. Only 1 roll of toilet paper.

Nice unit ....clean ...not as congested .

Check in is at 4:00 desk closes at 5:00 . Needed to get parking pass at neighboring complex . Other than this small clitch , everything else was smooth .

Nice but old could be upgraded

We were happy with most accommodations; except there was never anyone at the front desk. We were unable to use the gym say all so felt a bit cheated since we typically work out daily. We had to go next door to pay parking after no one was at the desk we had a nasty gram on our vehicle because there was no one at the desk to accept our payment. Those 2 things were very disappointing, we probably won’t stay at this particular property again

Not the best vacation stay or condo at Phoenix VIII

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was somewhat dirty & designed with small people in mind. There was construction on site on the walkway down to the beach so you had to walk over & across to Phoenix VII to get to the beach. It went on all week. There was also construction next door, new condo & work started at 6:30am Monday-Friday. Some of the remotes were not readily available & some needed batteries. The stove didn’t work 100%. The bedroom closet door was broken. I addresses this in the welcome email but never received a call or email back all week. I have pictures available as well. All furniture & toilet was again designed with small people in mind. Phoenix VIII is a nice building but our condo 1205 was not a good condo. Very unsatisfactory with both the condo & the rental group.

Perfect Getaway!

Nothing like pictures, the bed was like sleeping on springs, the bed moved all over the place, the sink.in bathroom didnt drain and not able to get in until 430 pm for check in. Would not recommend because of that even if rental was ready you werent allowed to go in sooner.

Overall, a very nice vacation, but they have ruined the ambience of the beaches with all of the high-rise condos next to each other. It’s unfortunate but that’s what makes money.

Most everything was very nice. The exceptions were: Dishwasher had dishes that were clean but not put away. Coffee maker had old coffee grounds still in the brew basket.
