5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We loved our stay at this condo! We travel to Orange Beach often and this was a great place to stay. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3. The only issue we had was the balcony door was difficult to shut and lock. Other than that it was perfect! We also LOVED the great Beachside Brew coffee shop located next door in the Phoenix 1 condos.

We're so happy to hear you had a wonderful time. Those balcony doors take a beating from the salt and moisture and sometimes need a little extra muscle to get it open and closed. We've let our maintenance team know to check it out. Come back and see us again soon!

The Condo was the perfect place to enjoy the beach for a week! We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony and also just sitting out there at night watching and listening to the ocean waves.

pool was amazing. I could never find the indoor pool though. whirlpool was fun!AC was loud, but I finally left the fan on and that helped.

Nice place and close to the beach. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, our son (12) slept on the pull away bed. View and amenities were nice and we used all the resources at all the resorts. We would stay again.

Great Getaway!

We loved this condo. It felt like a resort with alot of amenities. It was super easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was nice there were a couple good restaurants across the street and mini golf.If we ever return to Orange beach we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for your family with ease and convenience!

We brought our two kiddos (4&6) and this was the perfect sized condo for us with a beautiful view, easy elevator access, hot tub, arcade, pools, and little splash area! We enjoyed our vacay so much! Quick beach access as well! Whole property was clean and nice!

Very clean, freshly redone with peaceful paint colors and attractive decorations. We opted to bring meals that were prepared ahead and only needed to be heated, but did make breakfast and lunch most days. The kitchen had everything we needed. The item areas were even labeled in such a way that we could tell that the unit did have a pitcher at one time even though it was missing when we arrived. It was easy to return things to their proper places. The balcony had comfortable furniture, which made sitting and watching the ocean easy. Although, that could also be done from the living room and the dining area. Even on the cloudy days that we opted not to go down to the beach, we still very much felt like we were at the beach. Very nice!The balcony door was tricky to the point that it felt like a victory every time it closed without great effort. The shower was low flow which is less than ideal when one is gunky from sunscreen and sand. But, I have noticed that at most of the condos. The front door prop fell off. We left it in the corner. I am confident that it will be repaired since this was one of the nicest, most detail oriented condos we have stayed in. It was a good size for a couple.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We couldn’t agree more—good water pressure is a must after a salty day in the sand. We’ll have our maintenance team take a look to make sure everything’s running as it should. As for recycling, most resorts and beach homes don’t offer it for short-term rentals due to the challenge of keeping items sorted correctly, but we absolutely appreciate the sentiment. There are public recycling drop-off areas nearby for guests who prefer to recycle during their stay. Thanks again for your thoughtful suggestions!
