Advertised as beach front property but didn’t disclosed that patio would not be accessible due to renovation till after payment was received. I don’t agree with this type of practice. Transparency is a must when I am spending my money.

Thank you for your feedback. Reviews are an important part of the listing for both future guests and the property owner, and we take concerns about transparency seriously. The planned patio closure was communicated immediately after booking, along with the schedule provided by the HOA. We also offer a complimentary 24-hour cancellation window so guests have time to review all details and decide what works best for their stay. We aim to be as clear and upfront as possible regarding any known projects or temporary impacts. Based on this, we respectfully ask that you consider revising your review to more accurately reflect your overall experience and the communication provided. We do appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Loved every second. The only issue was we were not able to get a second parking pass. Office was not much help in helping us find a place. I did find out if you call the city building they have a lot you can buy a pass for that is really close to the condo and it’s not gated so you can come and go at any time. We had absolutely no issues with parking there

Good enough.....

Let me start by saying that Phoenix 6 has a lot to offer and the amenities will make your visit a good time. The location is perfect, not too busy but close enough to everything. The condo well it was not exactly what we expected. Pros - beds are comfortable, condo has lots of space, and views from the balcony are amazing. We spent a lot of time on the comfortable furniture on the balcony. Kitchen is pretty well stocked to cook. Condo management is helpful. Cons - the condo needs updates, new appliances, and some extra cleaning. 1st night, we had the toilet backup. Shower curtain was black and moldy (but it was changed mid week). The bathtub was not draining, so we had to shower while standing in dirty water. Microwave is broken, worked sometimes. Coffeemaker leaked all over the counter. Stove is old, markings are gone, so you guess which one you are turning on and the temp. Knob on washer also doesn't work. Please note you will need to pack a lot to make this feel like home, the starter pack provided is not much. We had to buy things like dish soap. Look at the starter list before you book or it can be expensive. We gave this 3 stars, due to the amazing pros. exoected.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the comfortable beds, the spacious layout, and especially the balcony views — it sounds like the outdoor space was a real highlight of your stay. We also love knowing you found the location and resort amenities to be such a good fit. We’re truly sorry to hear about the maintenance and cleaning concerns you ran into. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we appreciate you letting us know so we can address these items with our property care team. It’s helpful feedback that allows us to make the updates and improvements needed. We’re happy our team was able to assist during your stay, and we’ll continue working to make sure future visits are as comfortable inside the condo as they are out on that balcony. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back for an even better stay.
