Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour séjourner pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI. De nombreuses activités sont proposées, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous êtes en train de bbqing. Restez dans notre unité Premium et payez moins que le prix choisi !!!

Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 14ème étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maître. Il y a deux lits queen dans la 2ème chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour une occupation jusqu'à 8. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles de salon, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Great Condo!

It was very clean and well maintained. The decor all over was really cute and beach themed. Honestly I could live there and be very happy. I highly recommend this condo and if we ever go back to Orange Beach I will totally try to get this condo. Enjoyed my week there so much!

Functional and Clean Condo, Cost Efficient, and Quaint!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was super clean and bright, had extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure. It really had everything we needed for a 4 person occupancy. The bedrooms are on either end of the condo and offer great privacy/sound resistance (awesome for multiple couples or parents with kiddos). We didn't cook in, but the kitchen seemed well stocked if we would've decided to. Appliances were all very clean. Washer/dryer worked well and were clean. TV remotes were tricky, we ended up downloading roku remotes on our phones for 2 of the 3 tvs and that worked fine. Balcony has fantastic views and functional furniture. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations, it was much more spacious than it seemed in the pics (though the bathrooms were a bit tight), clean, and offered all the comforts with a great view. Check-in was quick and easy. Parking was never an issue, but could see it being limited in the peak season. All the pools/hot tubs were clean. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed our time in this condo. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and the views are amazing. The unit could have been cleaner especially the floors. Pistachio shells under the table from previous guests and generally unclean. Be sure to bring your own Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap etc. There was no paper towels and only 1 trash bag. Condo complex only had 2 working elevators so at peak times we did have to wait a while. Overall good experience. Great location.

It was clean and great location , beautiful view. They are doing maintenance on 2 of the 4 elevators so it took Awhile to get around.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our unit met our needs. The view is gorgeous! It’s quiet and relaxing. However, the check-in staff were unfriendly., the elevators are a nightmare, and parking is too expensive for the chore of finding a spot. Our main bedroom sheets were full of sand, the pans need lids, and we had one roll of toilet paper.

A perfect week at Orange Beach

Just returned from a week at Phoenix 6 in Orange Beach with my two best friends- 3 woman late 40’s/early 50’s. The condo was exactly as pictured and everything was very clean. Communication was very clear about what would and would not be provided. Pretty standard supplies for every condo I’ve ever rented anywhere. I shop Costco at home so easy enough to bring extra rolls of TP, paper towels and garbage bags. Kitchen had everything else we needed. The only small suggestion we have is for a cutting board- hard to cut limes for drinks without one. 😉 Checking in was super easy and we were thrilled to see the rows of luggage and shopping carts available for use in unloading the car. There were four elevators and we never waited more than a few minutes all week for one. We loved Phoenix 6 complex for many reasons- it was a very quick and easy walk to the beach, the bathrooms inside on the beach level were very convenient and we really appreciated the filtered water dispenser on the way out to the beach for filling water bottles. Every staff member we encountered were extremely friendly and welcoming. We visited end of April and had very little waiting at any restaurant. Beaches weren’t very crowded at all either - great time of year to visit and we’re already planning a return trip.

We hadn't been to orange Beach in 7 years. Great view, room was awesome! Very pleasant and relaxing. We will be using Phoenix again in the future.

The location was excellent. First time staying in one of the Phoenix buiildings and I must say the Brett Robnson staff were fantastic to deal with. Great condo!

This is one of the first stays that was “as advertised “. Great beds chairs and view. Only thing I would suggest is on the bed frames those sharp corners are nasty to your shins and the metal legs on the side midway on bed damaged a few toes until we bought a pool noodle and cut to fit for protection. This unit could also use a toaster but that was all. Housekeeping and all personnel we interacted with were super friendly.

Because I want be back.

Good time!

No access to gym! Did not know about racquet ball court or where the hot tubs were located. The $55 parking fee was uncalled for. They need to give you a designated spot, instead of hope you can find one!

Property was awesome. Had everything we needed and was just like the web site showed. Clean and beautiful. Only problem occurred when there was some very loud music from a nearby unit with college age students. The lady at the desk said there was nothing she/they could do about it because we didn’t rent from Phoenix. We would have to call the police. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!
