L'une des meilleures unités 1br Phoenix V !!



Ce condo Phoenix V est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple avec une petite famille. Il y a beaucoup d'activités, y compris une salle de musculation, terrain de racquetball, sauna, piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Trois courts de tennis vous attendent à l'extérieur. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre sous pendant que vous êtes bbq-ing.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le Golfe ou le sommeil sur le grand lit king dans le maître. Aussi, il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo a été récemment rénové avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires personnalisées, de nouveaux meubles de salon et de carrelage partout. Nous pensons que son unique en son genre à Phoenix V !!



Notre condo est situé dans le centre de l'immeuble au 6ème étage, pas très loin à pied des ascenseurs. Entrée sans clé serrure de porte de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les clés pendant votre séjour !! Envoyez-moi un email et poser des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera un prix inférieur à la sur la compagnie de gestion du site. Nous avons aussi deux 2BR et une autre unité 1BR sur le même étage si vous avez besoin de plus d'un condo!



!!!!! SPLASH PAD & WATER PARK !!!!!



Vos enfants sont maintenant en mesure de profiter d'un nouveau 1300 sq. Ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad en bas de la piscine. La zone se compose d'un Sloop Pirate et Proue avec Slant Jets et canon à eau, une diapositive Beached bateau humide, un arbre Palm avec l'eau Dumping bananes ainsi qu'un minuscule vaporisateur de fleur de tulipe. Vous pouvez voir des photos du parc aquatique placés à la fin du diaporama de condo. Il est sûr de garder vos petits Bucketheads occupé tout au long de vos vacances.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à l'arrivée. Ils sont facturés 28 $ par véhicule.

Overall, very clean and close to everything. Great view overlooking the beach! My only complaints would be multiple outlets in living room and next to the bed were inoperable (loose/or don’t work at all), the bed was not comfortable/squeaky, shower head loose, need a new shower curtain, toilet loose/rocks.

Fantastic stay

The condo, was just as advertised very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I personally do not like a real soft bed. The bed was medium, not hard or soft very close to everything. The view was over the top, fantastic.

Great location

The condo is fine. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. The condo has everything you need. The building is in need of updates and better maintenance. The pool was closed for most of our week. There was only one working elevator out of 4 so wait times are extremwly long.

Great vacation!

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. I had something come up and asked to change the dates of the reservation and they were very accommodating and allowed us to change the dates. I was afraid there would be issues with the elevators because of some of the reviews I read but they had all 4 elevators working and there was hardly ever a wait for the elevator. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the gulf from the balcony and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

A Nice Few Days

Overall, we really liked the condo. The beach access was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. However, the sundries were minimal. We ran out of toilet paper and soap I during a 3 day stay. And the dishwasher detergent was half empty.

Very, very outdated! The shower was completely stopped up and would not drain. The toilet needs to be properly secured to the ground. The bed was horrible. The splash pad did not work for two days we were there.

A well equipped condo

Kitchen well supplied, comfortable king bed, comfortable balcony furniture, and reliable internet service. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs. Nice indoor hot tubs and a wonderful dry sauna. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a condo or hotel complex. Bathroom could use remodeling and we had trouble getting tv reception during the second half of the week - not sure what happened. Would stay here again because the furniture was all comfortable and the overall building is well equipped and appears to be well run.

This room was very dated. Worn out furniture, Mattress and dirty painted cabinets. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet rocked back and forth. The mattress was hard and had box springs hanging out of the comforter. How tacky!!The room itself was dirty. I wouldn’t dare eat out of the kitchen, there were crumbs in all the drawers. The pot holders had crusted food on them for example. I expected more for the money. Especially the cleaning fees I paid. The building itself was fine except for the elevators. Long waits to go anywhere.

The condo was great but the couch and Love seat needs to be replace. We sat in the condo a lot and it was not comfortable. The bed hurt our backs. Sorry to be so negative but it is the truth. Our towels had holes in some of them but we still used them.

If you are planning on using it bring extra blankets for padding. Other than those two things everything was great. The view was amazing.

Relaxing beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy beach access, amazing view! I am 35 weeks pregnant, and normally have a difficult sleeping in a new bed while traveling anyway, but I slept SO well in this condo. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but traveling with a 3 year old had me wishing that they had more kid friendly dishes (take and toss cups, plastic plates, etc). Luckily we had brought a few travel cups and bought some paper plates, etc. overall we were very pleased with the rental. I do think that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before we arrived. A few of the pans had food baked to the bottom that I scrubbed out. There was food splatter on the side of the fridge, and no cleaning supplies available for us to clean things. The bathroom and shower also had hair in it when we arrived. But again, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Perfect location, not a ton of traffic, lots of on-site amenities/accommodations.
