This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Please note that the Phoenix III HOA has approved a Waterproofing Project that will begin in early September 2025 with completion estimated for early March 2026. Guests may experience long periods of loud noise between 8am and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. The loud noise may consist of, but it is not limited to, jackhammers and cement saws and there may be dust present on balconies and walkways. The outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed from November 2025 through March 2026, but the indoor heated pool will remain open for the duration of the project. Guests may utilize the outdoor pool at Phoenix I, Phoenix II, or Phoenix IV during the pool closure at Phoenix III. A small part of the parking lot will be used as a staging area for the contractor and will be inaccessible to guests. Some staging may block balcony views at times. Rental rates have been reduced for this time period. Further discounts will not be given for construction inconveniences.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Parking passes must be purchased prior to arrival. Monthly rentals available.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
