College Softball weekend

We were in town to watch our daughter play softball. Enjoyed the area and condo was in the perfect location. Weather was beautiful. Will be back next year!

Almost Perfect

We had a fantastic stay! There were a couple cons- there is a gate code even if they say there isn't one. Customer service was fantastic but it was frustrating to sit on hold trying to figure it out when we had just gotten into town. Secondly, they clean with bleach (which is great) but our travel clothes were ruined by running in and going to the bathroom. Pants that touched the ground were bleached.Otherwise, it was a beautiful room! It was very clean and stocked with so much! The view was unbeatable, new washer and drier, had no issues with parking or the elevator like others mentioned. The pool and beach were fantastic. We were there late April/early May and the beach was empty! It was an absolute dream and I couldn't recommend this condo more!

Great place but arrival instructions suck especially in the dark.

Entering the parking lot with the code provided by email worked great. Then parking instructions after entering the lot were non existent. Then you need a code to get into the building ...never was told this. You also need a code to get in from the beach and into the building from the pool. Never were told this. Instructions were unclear what code to use or where to find it. The code to get into the condo worked great. Then we had to register our car with another PIN code buried in another email which never did work. Hours were spent trying to get the car registered as we were given a warning that said our car would be towed with out the permit. Once we finally got the permit, it had the wrong licence plate number listed which was very stressful and took more time out of our vacation. Everything was resolved by the third day. Loved our view and the condo was great.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! Condo was clean, had great views and property was as listed. I would’ve appreciated a more comfortable queen bed and better linens- towels and sheets were cheap and thin. I would stay here again though, because of the convenience to everything, the pool and the gorgeous gulf front unit.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! The views from your balcony were incredible. I loved the beachy decor! The beach is pristine & the best we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all the great restaurants just 5 minutes away!

Honeymoon Trip

It was our friends honeymoon They got married back in may it was a wonderful time but didn’t get much beach time because of the weather but the place we stayed was fantastic !!!!! Clean and comfortable, we all said we loved it and would love to come back !!!!!

The condo is very nice and clean except for the oven. It's a safe place to stay .

We were unable to cook in the oven due to it being so dirty. Overall the place was very nice.

Excellent location, beach and condo

Super easy check-in process and condo is very well appointed. We enjoyed having a full kitchen with lots of cookware. View from the master bedroom and balcony was awesome. Washer/dryer in unit is really nice to have after a long day in the sun. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bring your own cooler and beach chairs tho...nothing furnished for the beach.

BEAUTIFUL

This place was even more beautiful than the pictures! The view was therapy in itself! The heated pool and hot tub were used frequently. Met a lot of great people down there. The beach and the white sand was amazing! Sunrise and sunsets were beyond beautiful! You get both! So close to many attractions. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation spot!!

Lovely condo

Loved the total beach furnishings and decorative touches. Lovely Gulf view. The only very inconvenient thing was the oven didn't work the entire time and we had to eat out much more than we planned. We are Pensacola locals and did a staycation and had brought a lot of food to cook that had to be baked, not stove top or microwaved. Am awaiting a call back from Vacasa to see what kind of compensation they plan to give, if any.

Stay clear of My Beach Getaways! TERRIBLE company!

Upon arrival, we were unable to obtain a parking pass due to a glitch in the system according to the property management company. We were given a temporary solution and informed that we would be called on the first day after our arrival. That was the next day. I did not get a call. I called again and did not get a resolution. Or a callback when asked. This happened, but one day of my vacation. We parked illegally the entire time we were there and ran the risk of having our rental car towed. They reached out to us because of an outage with the Internet in the building. When I asked that person to have a supervisor call me back about the parking pass, once again, I was told I’d be given a call within minutes. I did not receive a call. This company cares nothing about the people who rent from them should be avoided at all cost! On top of that, the property itself is very outdated and smelled like mildew. I would love nothing more than to start back over and choose a different location to have our vacation. It was completely an utterly , tainted by this experience.

A few fixes and it would be worth the price

The living room rug is very dirty and old. The towels are stained and so worn out you can see through them. The tub mat is moldy. I sent pictures to vacasa. The bed linen quality is not what you'd expect for this price. Some outlets don’t work. Absolutely no beach gear. Only 2 rolls of TP provided. The couches, pillows, mattresses and bed linens smell musty. Recommend a dehumidifier. WiFi very poor, could not stream on our devices and their TVs would stall. Re the building: no shade or umbrellas at the pool. Pretty old but kept up. It’s non smoking but people still did and the smoke came in the vents. Jacuzzi broken one full day. The QR code for parking did not work (we got an error message that we had reached the max number of cars but hadn’t) Tried calling vacasa and they couldn’t help. Probably won’t rent a place managed by them again. Paid $1800 for 5 nights in May, Monday-Saturday, 2 people. On the plus side: lots of cookware and seating. Great views from the balcony. Can’t hear the neighbors too much. Good location.

Amazing view!

Great location and awesome views. Right on the ocean. Full ocean views from the living room and balcony. Building, condo, and furniture could use some updating. Building codes at front door and door from pool were a pain and didn’t always work. The link to register our car never worked despite multiple messages to the management company. The listing isn’t clear but we received chair service for 2 for free. We paid $50 for an additional 2 chairs and an umbrella per day for the 2 couples to enjoy. This was a nice surprise! The elevators were very hot and smelly the whole time we were there. They smelled of mold and mildew. It was really bad in the afternoons when it was the hottest. Another gross thing was the mold and mildew on the shower curtains and the gripper in the tub. Very gross! This unit is offered from a management company, not an individual so the service and connection are missing. Most people stay Saturday to Saturday in this building so these days are crazy with people loading and unloading. We couldn’t get an elevator Saturday morning and had to take the steps down 9 floors! Overall we had a great time but we will find a cleaner place next year!

Pensacola Perfection

We stayed at Caroline & David's property for 4 days with early check-in and late checkout. We did not want to leave! From the time we first stepped into the condo, we knew we made the right choice. The place was impeccably clean, professionally decorated and smartly stocked. Everything we possibly needed (we cooked Gumbo!) was provided. We didn't need to buy any supplies while we were there. The view was spectacular. Coffee on the balcony every morning. Cozy movies at night. Beds were comfortable. We give our strongest recommendation for this condo and will stay here again when we return! What amazing hospitality! Thank you so much, Caroline & David!
