The estimated completion date is the end of Summer 2025, and balcony access will be limited during construction. An elevator replacement project will begin August 2025 and is estimated to be complete by March 2026, only one elevator will be available during this timeframe.**

Accommodating as many as six guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Emerald Isle 405 has enough space to ensure everyone is plenty comfortable on their beach vacation. Well-furnished with everything you’ll need for the duration of your vacation, you will hardly have to lift a finger while here. Relax on the living room sofa while you enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with a great view of the Gulf visible from the sliding glass doors. When you are not enjoying some of Pensacola Beach’s best restaurants, show off your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom complete with a custom-designed walk-in shower. Of course, your favorite spot to spend time will be the balcony, which offers unblocked views of the azure waters and resort pool.

After you unpack and settle in, grab your flip-flops and head down to the beach! On your way there, you will find the amenities offered at Emerald Isle, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Nice condo

Our stay was only 2 nights. Everything was clean. The balcony has a great view of the gulf coast. Our only challenge we had was with the code to get into the parking area never worked. I would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice Condo

This was a nice location for a quick getaway. We had a little trouble opening the door when we arrived but a quick call and they assisted me promptly. It wasn’t completely clear that there would be the 6 digit code required at the gate to initially get in, so that had me sitting there trying to figure out what code to use and how to access while others were waiting behind me.

Cousin Trip

This is the second year for our “girl cousin trip”. We love this property and everything about our stay was seamless. We arrived a little early and had no problem checking in early. We had a little issue with the cable and it was resolved quickly. Absolutely zero complaints and can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Very Nice Property, With One Glitch

The condo is immaculate and comfortable. The view of the ocean is incredible. The only complaint is the key pads at the gate and lobby door. They are confusing and difficult to operate. Twice, we had to assist others who could not get the gate open. Please replace the touch screen with a simple key pad.

Spring Break

It was a great stay. Everything was so clean. Room location was great right off the elevator. Tv in the 2nd bedroom doesn’t get cable. So you can’t watch TV. It was very quiet on the floor too so that was nice. Overall enjoyed the stayed!!! The only thing that was annoying is when trying to get in the gate you have to fight the box to stay open in order to put the code in.

Amazing,Beautiful, Clean!!!

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing. The view was out of this world and the sounds of the ocean were hypnotic. This resort is always kept squeaky clean. Management was very responsive and courteous. I have only one piece of negative feedback. I realize people are hard on kitchen skillets but regardless they need to be replaced periodically. Even with cheap ones. Very hard to even cook eggs in a pan that is so bent and worn out.

Very nice condo, building so-so

The condo itself was fabulous, looked very freshly renovated with nice furniture. Everything looked brand new. Very clean and comfortable. Only improvement would have been curtains in the second bedroom to keep out the window light at night. The building decor and amenities are average. Gym only had a few treadmills and a broken universal weight machine.

Beautiful location and Condo!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Pensacola thanks to this rental condo!! Everything was exactly how I would picture a beach Condo to be decorated!! Only things to change would be the master bedroom mattress and the en suite, the shower’s water didn't get very hot!

Great location!!

This was the perfect little spot for our vacation get-away. First time to Pensacola. What a great location (just an elevator ride down to the beach)! Comfy beds, hot showers, kitchenette, laundry, beautiful ocean views, and dolphin watching from the balcony. Couldn’t ask for anything better! So much to do in Pensacola, too... lots of great restaurants and activities to choose from. Great for couples or families. Communication with the property manager was timely and simple check in/check out process. We had a wonderful experience!! Suggestions: Make sure to bring essential items for kitchen/bathroom needs.. condo has limited stock for one day use.

Nice place in a great location

Great view of the ocean Beautiful place clean and decorated nicely. Out check in at the parking gate was a little confusing because we thought the parking pass was the code to enter but the all access code was what we needed to use. Once we figured that out all was well.

Great location for beach vacation

My sister and I stayed for a week. The condo was lovely and well maintained. The view was awesome. Great pool area with hot tub, and easy access to beach from pool.

Nice location for Pensacola Beach

Overall we like this building, its location and the facility. This particular unit was nice however it lacked some basics: 1. Dryer did not work since switch button not connected. 2. TV in Master did not work. This was disappointing since we wanted to keep up with Ida and the outer bands going through the area. We had to rely on TV in living room. 3. A pan was left in the oven and still had food on it. 4. Light bulbs out. 5. Dust on vanity lights was very thick and easily fallen dust came down upon our items in the bathroom. 6. Ice maker did not work however a bag of ice was provided which was nice to see. Overall my wife and I really liked the place however it appeared to be neglected perhaps from previous summer use. Basic cleaning would have gone a long way to help improve our stay especially being stuck indoors so many days due to the storm. Not being able to dry our clothes was very disappointing since we bring a minimal amount of clothes and pack light knowing we have a washer and dryer. We also like washing everything we can before we leave so we have less to wash when we get home. We were told that someone would come to fix the dryer but never saw anyone or ever received noticed that someone had looked at it. I can say something positive, since we both liked the nice master shower. that was one of the nicer ones we have experienced in that building. We would rent it a gain if we could be assured it had the dryer working properly.

Perfect! Just Perfect!

This is an absolutely gorgeous condominium. The view from the fourth floor balcony was wonderful, the condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The management company was very responsive-24/7. The location was very good in Pensacola Beach and I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone. I would return to this condo in a heartbeat. No issues whatsoever! Truly was perfect!!
