Superbe condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains sur la plage de Pensacola avec une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le 15ème étage. Emerald Isle # 1506 possède un balcon donnant sur la chambre principale et le salon donnant sur le golfe. Magnifiquement décorée, cette unité peut accueillir six personnes, avec un roi dans la chambre principale et des lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. En outre, il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Profitez de la connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, de la cuisine entièrement équipée et du lave-linge / sèche-linge de ce condo. Great trip!!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and hot tub but the beach was our happy place. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Pensacola Beach in the future.

Needs updating but great view

Smelled moldy when we entered. Condo needs updating- looks like style from late 1990s. No Smart TV- get ready to watch cable with commercials when you’re winding down at night. No way to connect. Did have wifi though. Mattress was horrible in master. Fell into the middle. Complained to management and they actually replaced the mattress. We were happily surprised and very thankful. No hairdryer, beach towels. It would be a plus if these were included since we flew in. The views were beautiful. 15th floor near the pier, so it definitely had that as a plus.

Beach Fun

The location is perfect, close to everything. The view is incredible, size is perfect. The condo itself is in need of updating especially the furniture, it’s very uncomfortable. The chest in guest room kept falls by over and ceiling fan in master quit the last night we were there. The plug in guest only the top worked. The coded door lock was great when it worked which usually took several try’s, maintenance had to be called one time because it wouldn’t lock from the outside. When we called the number given the girl was very nice but very hard to understand and she had trouble understanding us as well, also there was so much background noise it was almost impossible to hear her.

arrived on new years eve./ code to parking lot did not work code to building did not work.called numerous times emailed were given many differant codes over the next 3 days non of them would work. So we spent new years eve and new years day in the condo not how i wanted to start the new year. we finally ran into a Southern employee on day 3 she gave us her code to use it worked for the parking lot and building but not for pool gate.every time we went to the beach we had to have someone else let us in. asked Southern for some comp for all our trouble said they would never heard back.. could have been cleaner shower curtain had mold.walls really scuffed fabric on counter stools really dirthy. location great pool and hot tub also great

We had a good time even with a hurricane to the east and tons of jellyfish but the codes for the gate and our door were a bit tricky. A lot of codes and a lot of other vacationers that agreed with us.

Great Condo in Pensacola Beach

Great condo, three of us stayed here for 4 days. Easily walkable to everything in PB, and backs up to the beach. AC worked great, and there is a dehumidifier for when it gets hotter. Beds were very comfortable as were the living room couches. Overall a great experience !!

The location was great with the beach basically being only for people staying at the condo. I recommend this condo as the public beach was very crowded.

Family vacay!

Thanks for providing a clean safe beautiful place for our little getaway! Property Manager responded quickly and took care of one small issue to make our stay a comfortable one. Lots to see with great location! Teens had a great time exploring! Thanks again for a great stay!

Overall good

The property desperately needs some updates. The king size head board is broken or not attached we kept thinking it was going to fall on us.. The fan in the master bedroom only half works. The dishwasher is old and doesn't clean well. The leather couch and loveseat sink in badly when you sit on them. And you wear water from all the faucets when you turn them on they need replaced. The counters were still dirty with food, and the fridge was also. We had fun and did enjoy our stay just wish they would update things and cleaning crew needs to clean way better.

My husband and I came on our babymoon to this property and it was everything we could have asked for. The condo was amazing, the view was gorgeous, and the area itself was incredible. If I had anything at all to critique it would be that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom definitely could have spun faster to help cool the room off a bit. We will definitely be returning in the future!!

Amazing Location

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. The big balcony is everything! What a view from the 15th floor! The beach is right out back, mere steps away. Our only problem was the quirky front door lock, but we figured it out pretty quick.

Great location, large condo, kitchen well equipped with good pots and pans, new couches needed badly, beautiful view of the white sand and emerald water of the gulf, lobby of bldg small outdated, weight room small but definitely a plus having it onsite, nice to have the one heated pool as we were here in April.

Great Stay!

Everything was great! The view was exceptional. The convenience of the the pool in proximity to the beach was excellent. Our kids loved having the two different and pools to play in and the hot tub. Really enjoyed the fact that one pool was warmer than the other so the kids were cos tangly jumping back and forth. Can’t say enough about the condo and it’s amenities. VERY much enjoyed the fact we didn’t have to check in with a main office. Everything done online. Will definitely stay here next year.
