Beachfront 2 BR 2 BTHRM 16th floor condo at luxury high-rise condominium, Emerald Isle, on Pensacola Beach! Upgrades within 1605 Emerald Isle include granite countertops, a King size Beautyrest World Class Resonance 13.5 inch plush mattress in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, 3 wall-mounted Smart TVs, decorative backsplash, chair rails, and crown molding throughout. Emerald Isle property amenities include 2 outdoor community pools (one is heated during the off-season), a hot tub, Gulf-side exercise room, private beach access, and a sauna! Walk to Casino Beach pier, and Red Fish Blue Fish! Here you're less than mile to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk!

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Nice Condo

Beautiful view!! No extra frills but great for families. Could use basic updates such as electronic door locks and gate access code to make easier for check-in process when using independent transport from airport(such as uber) and not having to run across street to access checkin and leave luggage near street entrance. Overall great place with incredible views.

Emerald Isle

First time to Pensacola Beach. We are 2 couples without children but were there during Spring Break. Traffic was light, restaurants easy to get into, nice beach.Facility is a little older but very clean. They keep things very clean, pool company was there everyday cleaning. Security is good with locks and fencing. also a very convenient location. Would defintely recommend.

Great condo on the beach!

This condo is a great place to stay while in Pensacola Beach! Clean, plenty of room and great views from the balcony!! Also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops!

A nice place to stay for a couple of days

The view from the balcony was amazing! The water was beautiful and we saw a shark swimming in the ocean from our balcony! The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Beautiful views

This property is beautifuland the views are even better!! Everything was as pictured and we had a wonderful time. My only note would be to have a check in process that is simplified by not having to retrieve the key from the rental office but instead a lock box directly at the property.

Clean - spacious - conveniently located

Had a great time saw lots of aquatic life from our balcony. The water was refreshing. The beach was not crowded and seeing the BlueAngels was a big bonus.

Location, luxury, and comfort

Very spacious condo with all the amenities for an enjoyable beach visit. Looking out from the balcony to see birds and planes at eye level is quite something. Amazing beach and ocean views.

Overall, the condo was OK, but you can tell this is an investment property and the amenities are just the absolute necessities. Yes, they have 3 flatscreen TVs mounted, but the internet is very slow, there is only Visio free tv, so actually watching TV isn’t easy. The TVs are slow and laggy and won’t load some apps. For example, to watch a ballgame that was a n ABC, I had to hook up my iPad to my streaming service. The furniture was what I would expect to come with a “fully furnished mobile home” as in the cheapest possible furnishings. The shower curtains were all molded and only the bare essentials in the kitchen. Only 1 elevator was functioning, so waiting in line for the elevator was typical and you just had to pile in clown car style. The room said 2 vehicles, but after signing in 1, we got an error stating there were no other slots available. The guard said to put a not in the window and he wound try to remember note to avoid having it towed. This was just not what I expected for the price. We stay I Pensacola a lot and have only had this type of experience 1 other time. I thought it would be good for others to know when an owner appears to just trying to maximize their profits over providing a superior experience. While the ratings will still be high, they only cover the essentials, so I wanted to point out the rest of the story.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on cleanliness is because of the shower curtain having mold. (Something I’m sure that management wasn’t made aware of) The handle on the toilet also broke when I arrived and management was very gracious and very accommodating wanting to come and fix it. I chose to not have it repaired and deal with it for my stay and made it work. I will most definitely stay at this location again.

Love Emerald Isle

Our 2 bedroom was perfect. Our view was perfect. The sun rises and sun sets never get old. We didn’t cook in the condo but it looked like it was well stocked.
