Hippocampe (Unité H) Maison de ville en rangée donnant sur le golfe. 2 balcons, escalier en colimaçon, cuisine entièrement équipée. Magnifiquement décorée. À quelques pas du golfe du Mexique. 1er niveau de l'immeuble = garage. 2e niveau = salon, cuisine, salle de bain, chambre et balcon avec marches menant à la plage. 3ème niveau = 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains, laveuse / sécheuse et un balcon avec vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique.

Great stay

Nice property and great location. Fort Pickens is right next door, and a great day of entertainment. We also loved experiencing the Blue Angels flyover on Sunday (apparently not guaranteed, but usually between 3:30 and 5:30 Sunday evening, we were told).

Premier spot for us

We love staying at the Seahorse Condominiums. Unit H could use some new furniture. Sofas are beds and when you sit down you are almost on the floor. The coffee table is unstable, flimsy.

Right on the beach

We had a great stay! The property was right on the beach which was very convenient for our family of five. It made carrying all of the beach stuff a breeze!

Bed bugs

This places is not cleaned. Bedbugs in sofa living room. I got bites all over my shoulders and legs. I dont recommends this place. This place is not upscale.

Easy & Convenient

Communication with owners was super easy and helpful. The location was perfect- right across from Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete’s, plus super easy beach access. This part of the beach wasn’t very crowded either which was ideal! I would absolutely recommend this condo!

Very nice place

he property was as pictured and describe. It well suited our family of 6. It is right on the beach with convenient access to the beach. Shuttle stop across the street. Only thing is the outdoor furniture could be updated. I would recommend staying here.

Loved the condo wished it was cleaner

The apartment was a perfect size for our family and we absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the balconies! I thought it should’ve been cleaner. There was a cigarette & parts of a crab under the couch, large dead bug behind bed, and a used band aid in the shower. Could’ve used a few more towels. Water pressure wasn’t great, and took a while for the a/c to come to temperature. The beds were comfy and closets huge! Enjoyed all of the water toys without having to purchase any and there were 4 chairs on one deck and a bench on the other. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay

Beautiful beach

The views were amazing. Condo was nice, but not clean. The door to the furnace room was not attached and was just leaning. There was a lot of dust and hair in the corners, food and filth under cushions, roaches, etc.

Very nice stay

Outstanding location right off the beach, two balconies provided plenty of space to just watch the Gulf and the birds. We had a couple of cleanliness issues that we have told management about, nothing that woud keep us away or from recommending the property. World's slowet Mr. Coffee, if you need morning caffeine get started early. Walls and ceiling not very thick, noisy neighbors would be a problem (a bit of an issue one night for us, not at all the rest of the time). Master bed not the most comfortable I've ever had but we managed ok. Recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect - on the Gulf Coast with a wonderful view of the white sandy beach and the crystal blue water. Although the AC wasn't working to its fullest capacity, the property management went above and beyond our expectations to help make us comfortable. Each member of the team made us feel like they truly cared about us.

There is nothing like the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Pensacola Beach Properties go BEYOND customer service. Their response to issues with the rental is the ONLY reason we stayed. These people care about their clients. Will use their services again! 10 stars to David and his team at Pensacola Beach Properties!

Bring your own supplies - be aware of sheets

For a better experience, bring the following: -dishwashing soap and sponge: these were not provided, they did provide 3 tablets for the dishwasher. However, if you need to wash stuff by hand then I would recommend bringing your own. -toilet paper: There were a single roll in each bathroom. I found 1 extra roll in one of the bathrooms upstairs, but here was no other rolls available. If you have a big group or are staying for a little longer, you might want to bring extra tp. -trash bags: There were two trash bags that were already in the 2 big trash bins, but I did not find anymore trash bags around. Good thing we brought our own. -laundry detergent: There is a w/d available, but I did not see any detergent, so bring your own. -hair dryer if you use one: There was a hair dryer available, but it looked kind of gross. I would not use it. I get it that it's by the beach so there is lots of sand, but when I came to the apartment, there were piles of sand in the corners (especially the upstairs bathrooms) that should have been swept up. The newly washed (hopefully they were) sheets had sand in them as well. I'm not talking about a little, noticeable sand between my sheets. What got me was the sand in the sheets was not all over, it was concentrated at the bottom part of the bed, where your feet are. This is the reason why I'm questioning whether the sheets were replaced or washed. If it was washed and replaced, but the sand is just all over, it should be all over and not concentrated at the feet. Is this normal? The location is not bad if you like to be more secluded. If you like to be centrally located where you can easily walk to shops and restaurants, then this might not be for you. They had 1 kid's sand shovel in the garage, but it was broken, sad. The couches had plenty of room, but was meh, same for the decor and everything else. The bed in the master bedroom could use a new mattress. It was not comfortable. All-in-all, the stay was ok, but wasn't the best. I would probably try another place next time.

Great beachfront condo

Place was clean. Property Management Company was very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Would be nice to have beach towels included but everything you need for your actual stay was provided.

Needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice. It does need some general maintenance. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen were loose. there was no overhead light in the bedroom. Someone placed the wrong light bulbs in nightstand lamps. The lampshade on one lamp was charred from overheating. I unplugged both lamps. There is a hole in the master bathroom ceiling where an exhaust unit was removed and the previous fixture was left open. All bathrooms had mold around the bathtubs or showers. The furniture was good and the unit was a good fit for our vacation. The unit just needs someone to do a general inspection and fix an assortment of minor items.
