Quick family beach getaway

Very nice Condo. Provided all the amenities we needed and plenty of room for our family. Patio was nice with a great view. Only thing that would have been nice to have is curtains in the spare bedroom.

Our experience and expectations were exceeded. We look forward to staying at this property again. Clear and prompt communication with the management company was greatly appreciated. The location was undoubtedly our favorite FL location and we have been to all sides. The emerald green gulf was breathtaking. Thank you!!

Vaca with my BFF, daughter and granddaughter

Great location. Limited storage. Supplied with minimal linens so be prepared to wash towels frequently. Good idea to bring extra kitchen linens, since only one kitchen towel was supplied. Loved the gated entry. Felt safe in a family friendly environment.

Wonderful experience

This condo is very nice and is exactly as is shown in the pictures. The only issue we had was when we first arrived the code for the condo door did not work but we called the management company and they fixed it right away. Everything else was perfect. It was nice to have the gated lot and building security. Also the beach and pools were not terribly crowded. I would definitely stay here again!

great condo

Condo we stayed in was fantastic. Best equipped condo we have ever stayed. We cook alot so were pleased to find pans that fit every purpose plus were in good condition.There were hooks every where which worked great for our wet clothes. Furniture was good quality. Not tacky beach stuff. Condo was very clean. Only negative was the elevators. Not enough for complex. Also stairs went out to parking area, not beach or pool.

Pool closed

The main pool was closed. Only the kiddy pool was open. Verbo was no help. the grounds workers kept saying tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. We found out that the pool was closed the week before and the gust was told the same thing. A refund was out of the question they quit talking to you after you ask.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Pensacola Beach and the location of Emerald Isle. The Condo was not very clean. The floors were still dirty. The staff was our biggest complaint at the Condo. The maintenance men need to be more considerate to the guest. We have never had that happen before. It started to rain while we where at the pool and we went under the umbrella to shield my 79 year old Mother and they came and took the umbrella away!! Their were other things that happened as well and I know we were not the only guest who were not satisfied with their actions.

Beautiful view and great beach access

We loved this location. Everyone was so friendly and property was very clean. We had a few incidents, but they were handled expeditiously. The refrigerator went out when we woke up first day. I called management about lunch time. They had repairman there in less than 24 hrs. It couldn’t be repaired, but they had a new refrigerator there in less than 24 hrs after his repair visit. All was taken care of while we were out at the beach and didn’t interrupt our fun. Management very considerate and easy to work with. One of 2 elevators went out on 2nd day, which was a little inconvenient but I feel they got repaired as fas as they could given they had to sit in a part. Property staff great to keep us informed on what was going on. They have great security. Amenities were a little sparse, but as described in write up, as an example no hair drier. The door was very squeaky just needs a little wd40. Even though there were a few issues they were handled well and I would definitely stay in this unit again. Loved being in 1st floor. We also enjoyed walking to Flounders for a yummy meal and live music.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, I would recommend Emerald Isle to a friend but I would suggest they try a room other than 103. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. I observed staff working daily to keep things in great shape. The issue we found with room 103 is a terrible stank that took a good two days to tone down. The floor in the unit was not clean at all, I swept a generous amount of dust and dirt up the first day. There were several very thick rugs throughout the unit that felt very damp for the first couple of days, I wonder if someone may have left the doors open that allowed so much moisture in which would explain the damp rugs and possibly the odor as well. We loved the area, we really liked Emerald Isle and we really did enjoy our stay. Just some things you may like to know about unit 103. One other thing, the impression we had from your information on the internet about Emerald Isle, is that an umbrella and chair combo was included with our condo rental. We found this not to be true when we arrived.

Great location on lower floor

This is a very nice two bedroom condo overlooking the pool Area on the first floor above the ground floor. It is an older condo that has older furniture and amenities, but is a very nice place for family to meet and spend time together. The kitchen is well equipped, but has no extras. Only the minimum supplies. Simple items such as salt and pepper are not included only a couple of dishwasher pods so make sure you bring all of your own cooking supplies. They only include one kitchen cloth and one sponge so make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies too. We were excited to see a jetted tub in the master bathroom when we arrived, but when it did not work, and we contacted the property manager, someone came and told us it was not an included amenity so it did not work and they would not fix it. So we suggest that you take the instructions off the wall on the how to, make it work as that is very misleading and very confusing. The Internet was adequate for our simple TV streaming, but we did know work from the condo, only checked email. The shower curtain in the second bathroom needs to be changed as it has some dirty spots or mold on it, And a large hole needs to be fixed in the laundry room wall, and the refrigerator only dispenses crushed ice, which is not very sanitary for everyone reaching inside, opening the awkward ice bin, to get their own ice cubes. Also, you’ll notice in the write up that they do not include any beach items whatsoever, not even towels

Blue Angels

We rented the condo for blue angels week. It was a nice balcony to watch it from especially with having a 10 month old. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Perfect condo for a small group!

Great stay

This place was perfect for myself and two sons. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The only thing I missed that I’ve had in other similar units was there were no beach supplies like chairs or shelling gear. It didn’t make or break my stay, and will book this unit again if I go back.

Very nice

Overall, I really liked this condo. The main living area and kitchen felt open and had a nice view of the pools, dunes, and water. There's not actually a view of the beach past the dunes, but the view was excellent anyway. The kitchen was very well stocked, including things for folks who truly want to cook and bake there. Although the listing says the condo is on the first floor, that equates to being on the 2nd floor since the lowest floor is called the ground floor. Despite being over the pool, the noise was not generally loud. Just be aware that the pool doesn't close until 11:00, so if you're an early to bed person, this might impact your sleep in the main bedroom. The location was really good with lots of restaurants within 0.3 miles, and the beach and water were gorgeous. I would definitely stay in this condo again.
