Le designer touche tout au long de ce magnifique condo!

Minimum de deux nuits au printemps, en automne et en hiver! Magnifiquement décoré vue sur le golfe, unité de coin de condo de trois chambres / trois salles de bain pour huit personnes, avec roi en maître, queen et complet dans la 2e chambre, queen et complet dans la mezzanine.

Le Palm Beach Club # 240 est géré par des professionnels par Paradise Beach Homes.

Condo est décoré dans des couleurs de plage apaisantes, avec des touches de designer partout. Planchers de travertin et touches design partout, avec tapis dans chaque chambre. Cuisine mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils brillants, y compris une cafetière Keurig et 10 tasses. Le salon / solarium bien aménagé et la chambre principale ont tous deux un balcon privé pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le golfe et la plage.

À la fin d'une journée ensoleillée à la plage, il y a du divertissement pour tout le monde avec des téléviseurs à écran plat partout. WiFi gratuit. Le Palm Beach Club dispose d'une piscine et d'une plage avant, parfaites pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. La propriété est située juste à côté de l'entrée du Gulf Islands National Seashore, alors assurez-vous de profiter de longues promenades sur la plage vierge et non développée! Parc de plongée en apnée situé juste derrière le Palm Beach Club à Santa Rosa Sound.

The fact that you can walk to the beach side or sound side in just a few minutes is awesome! The only fact that someone needs to know is if you have bad knees and can’t do many stairs, this is not a place for you. There are no restrooms on the main floor.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our girls vacation!!! Convenient to the restaurants and a short walk to the beach!!!! The only problem we encountered was the key code didn’t work fir the gate, but someone working on the property helped us with the correct code. The key to the pool didn’t work, but it was fine since we preferred the beach anyways!! :)

Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee maker stopped working. We called the office and within an hour we had a brand new one! I wish I had more time there! I will definitely rent this condo again

Condo needs a deep deep clean and the full time residents are rude!

The check-in process was smooth, however if you are planning on arriving late you need to make other arrangements. This condo was in a great location, but you must cross a busy street to reach the gulf side of the beach. This unit has a bunch of residents who live there and they police the area a little too much. We were unloading our vehicle when we arrived and were passed the yellow line and we were harassed about it, and then the same thing happened when we were loading to leave.. The condo needs a deep cleaning. We could not walk barefoot inside without our feet turning black from the filth. The carpet needs to be cleaned and the rugs are dirty and need to be washed. There is thick dust on the ceiling fan, and cobwebs above the doors, and thick dust between the kitchen cabinets. I don’t recommend this unit.

The only concern for us was the tile stairs. They were a little scary for the 1 1/2 year old to be around. Other than that, it was a great property that I would recommend!

#240 is our favorite!

Our last night there, we literally watched from our balcony as the beaches were closed to the public due to Covid pandemic precautions. We booked #240 again because it is clean, spacious, well-equipped, safe, and the view is fantastic! Our family requires 4 beds, and this condo offers that, along with plenty of space to spread out, read, nap and watch TV. Regardless of the weather, the view of the Gulf was always gorgeous. The balcony was the perfect place to start each day with coffee and devotions. We loved having such a short walk to the beach from the condo, and cherished daily walks along the shore, admiring God's power, creation and handiwork.This was our 9th year to spend Spring Break at Pensacola Beach, and it holds a special place in our hearts. I highly recommend #240, even though it might mean more competition from visitors! How soon can I book it for next year?

Reviewer Comments: Our son and his wife live in Pensacola, so for family fun, I bring his sister and her three children down with me for some spring break extra-special family time on Pensacola Beach. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed. As mentioned, it's a split foyer plan, so there are a lot of stairs, but they are not steep and the flights are probably just six steps each. It would have been nice to have a powder room on the living area/kitchen and dining area level, but don't let that be a deal breaker. The gulf views are stunning and relaxing. We had a problem with our refrigerator after 24 hours and Paradise took care of every detail in an extremely swift, professional, thoughtful and efficient manner. When I find myself in PB again, I will definitely consider a property managed by these folks. thanks for a wonderful trip!
