En termes simples, «Pensacola Beach Secret» est vraiment un Beach Secret!

Ne manquez pas la meilleure période de l'année: septembre-octobre!

Vivez une escapade paisible avec des baignoires spa de luxe, une cuisine gastronomique, un bar en bambou, une literie ultra confortable, trois cheminées, deux ponts et beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité. Échappez à l'agitation des gratte-ciel. La maison de ville a trois niveaux et est située du côté sain de l'île. Ce n'est qu'à un jet de galet du bord de l'eau. Traversez la rue et promenez-vous quelques marches vers le golfe. Cette résidence privée calme est située loin des bars et des restaurants à l'extrémité est de l'île, près du Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Le printemps sur la plage est tout simplement magnifique. Le temps est chaud mais pas terriblement chaud. L'air est frais et chaud avec des aigus dans les années 70, 80 et 90 supérieures. Des groupes sur la plage donnent des concerts gratuits tous les mardis soirs de 19 h à 21 h au Gulfside Pavilion. Les festivals de printemps et autres événements à gogo remplissent vos journées amusantes. Pour vous les gourmets, le printemps offre beaucoup de fruits de mer délicieux, y compris le Cobia (un poisson blanc épais et savoureux spécialement grillé), des écrevisses et du crabe à carapace molle en plus du tarif normal. Battez la foule et la chaleur et visitez pendant vos vacances de printemps. Réservez vos vacances de printemps maintenant!

L'été parle de lui-même à Pensacola Beach. Vous ne pouvez trouver de plus belles plages nulle part dans notre nation. Notre sable blanc de sucre rend nos plages absolument à couper le souffle. Réservez votre semaine à l'avance pour le meilleur prix et la disponibilité.

Ne manquez pas le cœur des saisons. Septembre et octobre sont les meilleurs mois pour profiter de la plage. Profitez de nos festivals d'automne tels que le Seafood Festival, le Greater Gulf Coast Arts Festival et le Blue Angel Show at the Base la première semaine de novembre. L'automne et l'hiver sont exceptionnels! Les températures sont modérées et l'île est moins peuplée. Vous pourrez déguster un expresso ou un cappuccino le matin, une promenade sur la plage de sucre blanc, le soleil sur le pont et l'ambiance de trois cheminées. Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is nice with 3 bedroom and a cool little secret room. The kitchen and living room are nice and spacious. The house was clean and well maintained. It's just a few steps feom the Sound and a small walk to the beach. We loved our vacation location. The 3 bathrooms were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G to have. The best the about all of it was the owner. She is simply the best. She made this a great location!

After vacationing in Florida for several years we finally found a great townhome in Pensacola Beach to rent. It was excellent location near beach, stores, etc. Loved it and could make it our own.

Great place to stay with family!

We have been vacationing in Pensacola for 27 years and this was our first stay on this side of the island. It was a short walk to the beach and the sound was just steps away. The trolley stop was also very close. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and had everything you could possibly ever need!

Excellent experience!

The beach house was absolutely beautiful and our family enjoyed it so much. The owner was very helpful, very honest and listed everything accurately. I would highly recommend this property. We had a family emergency at the end of our stay and the property owner was wonderful to us throughout the entire time, even checking on us to make sure we got home safely. Thank you!

Comfortable Quiet Clean Classy

Very comfortable place with recent nice renovations. Condo is away from hustle bustle but close enough. 10-15 minutes will get you wherever you need/want to go in Pensacola Beach or Gulf Breeze. Access to sound. Easy access to beach across road. Carla is a terrific owner. Great communication and she genuinely cares about your stay. We’ll definitely return to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit quirky. And, there should be rrom for groceries. But other than that it waa great.

First Florida Trip 2024

The location of this property was amazing!! Away from the main area but not too far away. House stayed cool upstairs and that’s great! Downstairs was a little warmer but still comfortable. The owner was so wonderful to work with and quick to respond to texts! That’s definitely a PLUS! We loved that she had some things in the garage to use if necessary. I also loved her recommendations for Fort Pickens and specific places to eat. That was very helpful for a family of 9 being together! Everything was so conveniently located by the condo and our first Florida experience was a fantastic one! Thanks to such a great condo to stay at and the location. The space this condo has is very accommodating. You can comfortably sleep 8-10 people here! The kids LOVED the secret room. That was their favorite place to be! Thank you for everything!! If we return we will definitely keep this place in mind! This experience all around was a great one. Thank you Carla for opening up your home to us!! We definitely appreciated it.

We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It is so comfy, clean, pretty and the amenities are great. The beds were oh so comfy. Lots of big fluffy towels to dry off with after showering from a day at the beach, Loved having breakfast outside on the patio. Lots of chairs and a nice big table. Owners even provided us with beach towels! The beach as always was beautiful!! It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Had loads of fun at Shaggy's and the food was great too. The owners are super sweet and understanding. This townhouse is very welcoming and has a "your home" vibe to it. If your considering Pensacola Beach choose this townhouse... You'll be happy you did. We will be back!!!

Not clean at all but nice location

We loved Pensacola but the rental was not clean at all! The owner had had their dog there and the master bedroom large rug was literally covered and white fur and the quilt on the bed had fur all over it. The owner stated that she was sorry that the cleaning person didn’t vacuum the master. That was not the case, the entire place had not been vacuumed b/c down stairs had fur all over the floor too. Don’t get me wrong, I love animals but it was unbelievably bad and not fair to us. Thank goodness we are not allergic to dog fur b/c it could have been really bad. I asked for a refund of one night (of three nights) and the cleaning fee and she refused that the owner would only refund the cleaning fee. The place was also a dated and dark but a great location.

Pensacola Beach Secret Townhouse

This townhouse was beautiful! Very accomodating for our family (2 grandparents, 2 daughters, son-in-law, and 2 grandsons) The description of the home was accurate: The gourmet kitchen was well stocked, spacious and very accomodating for all 5 adults while preparing meals. Plus, we made use of the gas grill on the patio. The living area, also was very spacious and relaxing. The spa tub and shower were Awesome! After a fun filled day at the beach the spa shower was very relaxing. The owner was very informative with many, many details about her home and instructions about her appliances, plus places to visit, eat & relax. Upon our arrival she called to make sure we had a safe journey! We had just arrived and that phone call was very welcoming. We drove out along the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Fort Pickens. This area was beautiful. We paid for a 6 day pass and returned twice to this beach area. The water, scenery, sandy white beaches were so beautiful & serene. During the week we visited Flouder's for lunch and Peg Leg Pete's on our last day of our vacation. Excellent food! Thank you for your beautiful home on Santa Rosa Island. Our stay was one we will cherish for a long time.

Nice Vacation Spot!

The owner of the property was very responsive before and during our stay, which was appreciated. The home itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5. We cooked most of our meals, so having the outside grill was a bonus. There were plenty of pans, dishes, and utensils available and most of the kitchen items we needed were provided. The description of the property in the listing was a little confusing on the garage. There is one, but it has been modified. A car would fit ok, but our mid-size SUV was too big to fit inside. That was disappointing since that was one reason we opted for this unit. The walk to the beach was also much further than we’d anticipated but they had some flooding that week due to a storm, so there may have been a flooded walkway that we weren’t able to find. Also, there is a small community pier available to sit at on the sound side. (We were hoping to fish there but couldn’t because every time we went there were people swimming in the area. Maybe next time!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’d stay at this unit again in the future.

What I like about this place is the location, it is far from the tourist area and quiet. The people in the area are nice. The house is large and nicely decorated and I really like the outside patios and balcony. There is patio furniture and lovely flowers too. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need to make meals. Also, what is nice is the garage is filled with beach chairs and beach wagons and some toys for the little ones. What I did not like was that we could not lock the downstairs patio doors from the inside. Also there are a couple of issues with the sidewalk to the front door, first the shrubs are overgrown and are covering the sidewalk and there is a potted plant that is on the sidewalk together these obstacles force people to walk over an unpaved and unfinished area where there is dirt and some sort of uneven brick structure it is not smooth and is a trip hazard for those who have issues with walking and for the elderly. The first step on the stairs to the front door is constantly wet from water that comes from the air conditioner and poses a slip hazard. We could not open the garage door so we had to park outside, the garage remote did not work, and we could not find a switch to operate the garage door. It is understandable that it is difficult to remove all sand from any home this close to the beach but we had to vacuum a few times when we first arrived so we could walk barefoot without stepping on the floor because it was not cleaned well.

Nice place to get away!

Carla (the owner) was friendly, extremely responsive, and made the rental process easy. The home was as shown in the photos, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. There were a couple of items in need of repair (these were disclosed beforehand). The house is a short walk to the sound on one side (beautiful sunrises!) and half a block to the beach on the other. The house had all the beach items we needed (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and carts)! The house is nice and I’m sure sees a lot of traffic—my only wish is that the housekeeper would have tidied up a bit more before we arrived. Other than that, great house, nice location, helpful neighbors!

Very nice condo

The condo was so nice and well maintained with plenty of room for our family. The walk to the beach was short! Our only complaint was the traffic noise when on the outside patio which faces the street. Even that didn't prevent us from sitting out there are enjoying the weather!
