This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath new home is right in the heart of everything! When you walk into the front door there is a nice entry way that leads to two bedrooms and a full bath towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is also another bedroom toward the front of the house with 2 twin beds. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Just Awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for an awesome stay with a view, please use Rockport Escapes with VRBO! I cannot express enough how we enjoyed our stay at this rental property. House is very new and accommodating. Our host was very informative and attending. Great accommodations and great location!!!

Plenty of room for two families to stay, pool was really nice and the kids loved the private hot tub. Would stay again!!!

Comfortable and Convenient

The unit was as advertised. Convenient to the fishing pier/bait stands and restaurants. Hot tub was a nice touch but a small privacy fence would be much better. There is a Walmart and HEB if you forget anything. The only trouble we had was with the kitchen windows facing west that have a nice view of the pool. There are no blinds and the sun is blaring into the dining table and living area until sundown around 7:30pm. This is a simple fix as one of the other units had blinds. Master bedroom and bathroom is great from the double shower heads and bathtub with a personal tv. For some reason the ice maker is not functioning however a 10lb bag of ice was provided by the mgmt team.

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for walking across the street to fish, walk down the street to eat or get coffee or hot chocolate. We also took the whooping crane boat tour that was within walking distance. We loved mornings on the top deck looking at birds and the water and the hot tub in the evenings.

Quiet Retreat

Beautiful property, it is a quiet location with great morning views. Walking distance to the public pier and great restaurants. The listing mentioned golfing privileges but there were none. The internet was also slow and unreliable so not ideal to be able to work away from home. Overall it was a wonderful place to spend a couple of weeks.

Awesome Property

This is a beautiful home that is well designed and comfortable. The house was clean with great view of the bay form the balcony. This is a great location if you want to fish or just hang out in the local restaurants and bars. You won't go wrong with renting this lovely home.

Great Vacation Stay

I rented this home for our family vacation this year. The home is beautifully decorated and plenty of room for us. The grandkid enjoyed the pool as well as the adults. I loved that I was able to communicate with the host and received a response right away. We will be back next year.

Relaxing Family Trip

Stay was great, convenient location to grocery stores, bait shop, and entertainment. Pool, hot tub and view a plus. Nice to have meals at home pots and pans could use an update but we made it work. Take extra paper products and ice. Water/ice dispenser is not hooked up for use. I would definitely stay again, family loved it. Thank you for a wonderful vacay spot.

Property ok.

Overall the property was ok. The house was clean and the views are nice. The pool was unusable during our stay. The hot tub water was cloudy I think maybe it needed to be serviced. The manager, Tracy is awesome. She will answer your calls and will help you with any questions you may have. Would I stay here again, maybe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A cute little house with great views! They very responsive when I contacted them. I have the cleaning a 4 only because the property seems to allow dogs, so difficult to clean little hairs out of some of the bedding in a couple of the beds.

Okay but not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was alright. It has very basic furniture with no extras. No blankets, no towel racks, not enough hand soap left out for every sink. No tissues. Very basic necessities. For the price it should be well equipped with everything you need and more. The property management is very slow at responding. The internet went out and we didn’t get an answer for over 12 hours. Overall, we will no rent the house or with this property management company again.
