Landscapes that are endless, timeless, and will stay in your heart forever. This gorgeous 3BR, 2.5BA home has a patio and balcony overlooking Copano Bay. This home is furnished with all the amenities that you'll need to enjoy your coastal vacation. Step out your front door and breathe in the fresh salt air. This unique community offers a variety of amenities for you to enjoy on your vacation. There is a beautiful community pool, and a private man made beach perfect for the kiddos. The first floor of the home offers two bedrooms and a shared bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is a bonus living space as well with a sleeper sofa and it is the perfect place for the kids to gather and play games or watch a movie. Upstairs you will find an inviting open concept living, dining, and kitchen with bay views. The master bedroom is upstairs as well and has a king bed and views of the bay.

Fantastic Stay

The house was nice and clean and the layout was perfect for our family. It stayed cool inside in the hot summer heat. It was just as advertised. We would stay again!

Great property

This property was great. Check in was smooth and Nina the host was great. The property is as described and extremely comfortable. The community is really cute and the pool was extremely clean. The view is outstanding. However, the downstairs AC did take a while to cool and when we arrived the sheets were full of dog hair. I immediately contacted Nina and she assisted immediately. Overall, this property was amazing. We will return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except for the downstairs TV, which didn't work. We reported this to the Property Management on day 1, they never repaired it. It really affected our kids entertainment and we are very disappointed.

Fun but had issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation house was beautiful but first day we got there a kitchen chair broke when sat on. It made us on edge trusting the rest of the furniture, especially the bunk beds. The pool lights were not turning on at night. Finally towards the end a few red and green lights came on. It took a day for the house to somewhat cool. It turns out the air filter needed to be changed. Customer service was so helpful though! Other than that everyone had a great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Rockport 4x a year for work booking a place with a private pier for fishing. This time we stayed at a different property, as the one we normally stay at (which was great) was not available. The new place is really nice and clean, closer to town and has even more amenities than the last (one of which is an amazing, clean pool right by the pier. The pier is new and has nice boat slips which makes it easier for multiple people to fish without crossing over or getting in others way. The house has a downstairs living area which worked out perfectly for my CO worker, while my wife and I had the top floor (where the master, with an amazing master bathroom, the kitchen, main living area, and a half bath which was nice to have. The views are AMAZING you get the perfect sunset views from the unit and both sunrise and sunset views from the pier. As Lways always, Rockport Escapes Nina was always available to help. I think we found our new spot! Forgot to say, LOVE having two balconies furnishes so that my co worker and I could have our own outdoor space as well. Fishing great got a lot of bites hooked onto Several gar even (I will be back with bigger better tackle on a mission to land 1 of these monsters) also catching a nice kfish on the last night!
