This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is beautiful and spacious with 1900 Square feet. When you walk into the front entryway you will find a large bedroom on the left with 2 Queen beds and a full bath. This is a great place for the kids to hangout. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed an unsuite bath. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms that share a bath. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other two twins. There is a large patio out the side door and a small grassy area in the back of the house. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

This newly built property is in a great location: right on the water and minutes from everything! Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the communication from the property manager was great. We had a wonderful stay!

Family July trip

We loved the location and being right next to the pool was great. The downstairs bedroom and bath was perfect for my daughter, son in law and grandson. The pool was dirty when we arrived but was taken care of quickly.

Perfect anniversary weekend

We picked this stay to celebrate my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary. Even with the Babes on the Beach occurring over the weekend right next door, our stay was quiet, relaxing, and absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, relax in comfort, and enjoy beautiful Rockport. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great time!

Nine friends stayed here. Everyone had a very comfortable bed. Great location and very clean. Would highly recommend. No elevator. Steep steps. Good exercise. Wish there was a hot tub. Will book again.

Great house for family

Loved the layout of the house. We had 3 families staying here with plenty of room. Lots of towels were left for us. Kitchen had basic pots and pans. I did take a couple of my own skillets as we were cooking meals for 9. House has coffee pot and blender - both great for a beach house. Pool was enjoyed every day. Had some issues with dishwasher but maintenance came right away and fixed.

Perfect, for our reunion, in every way

In town for a family reunion. Place was close to everything in Fulton with wonderful pool, walking distance to pier and waterfront. House was new, comfortable, well furnished and spacious. Nice pool and deck, we hope to comeback when weather was warmer so we could use them. Note most of the house is up 14 stairs from ground level, so stair climbing is required. One large bedroom and bath on ground level.

Family Fishing Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT home with plenty of space for entire family! Large open space in living/kitchen area for hanging out. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. Location was perfect for pier fishing, boat access, restaurants, and casual walks along water. Only minor issue was spotty wifi, which mainly affected our teenagers.
