Waterfront,Community Pool, Walk to Bars, Restaurants and Pier

This 5 bedroom 4 bath home is beautiful and spacious with 1950 Square feet. When you walk into the front entryway you will find a large bedroom on the left and one straight ahead. Each with a Queen bed a King bed and both with a full bath. This is a great place for the kids to hangout. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed an unsuite bath. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms that share a bath. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other two twins. There is a large patio out the side door and a large grassy area in the back of the house. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Great house

We loved this property! We had a group of 8 women and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Loved the view and location. Easy walk to several bars and eating places. Convenient location to drive to the grocery store, beach or anywhere else you may need to go. We plan on renting it on our next trip.

This stay was above and beyond my expectation

The view from the deck was spectacular . Very beautiful and clean house, the space was large for our family, well equipped with enough towels and toiletries. We will visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this home! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Great ocean get away for groups

Loved the large amount of bedrooms, especially the 3 with the provate baths. The deck was amazing woth a great breeze off the ocean and an amazing view. We all enjoyed the pool. House was nice and clean. Dishwasher soap provided for 2 loads and soap for 2 loads of laundry. Kitchen could use some new pots and pans and cooking utensils.

Perfect for large group

We had 9 people stay. Everyone had their own bed. It was very clean and spacious. The pool was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

A newer place by the ocean was great. Most places we stay have more towels for that many people. We had to wash towels a lot. We all enjoyed 😄😄😄

Beautiful property with amazing balcony view

The house was just as described. Great home perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Nina was amazing from booking to messaging during stay. Definitely would stay here again when we are back in Rockport.

Great house

The property is beautiful and well thought out. Lots of space for 7 adults and three children. House is practically on the water and the view from the balcony is great. Perfect home base for exploring the area. Rockport, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi are so close! Highly recommend.

Vacation house

This was one of the best house I have stayed at it was so clean and check in was so easy. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. There where a few things like the water pressure down Stairs Could’ve had more Pressure, and the a/c worked but we had to keep the upstairs really cold for everyone downstairs to be comfortable to sleep other then that it was really nice place and we will be staying again.

Amazing house!

The house was within walking distance of a lot of things, coffee, pier, restaurants. It's an easy way in and oit of 35. The only thing we found was that the circulation was not the best. The ac blew amazing upstairs, but was very swampy if not set to 72 downstairs. Maybe some wall units would help that?

Beautiful new property in Rockport/Fulton

Our group of 14 stayed at this lovely new water view home over 4th of July. The home was lovely, had great views of the water and was setup up perfect for our large group. We enjoyed our time in the community pool and rented golf carts near by to check out the cute town of rockport. All essentials were included. Unfortunately there was not a trash can in the kitchen. The property manager was supposed to bring one by but never did. We made do. This was a perfect size for our group and would definitely consider renting again.

Little trip to enjoy the sun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such an awesome home! Our second time renting it. It's big and spacious for us. It's in a good location, close to everything. Swimming pool is walking distance so that makes it fun for us. We had no issues during our stay. Will rent again!
