À quelques pas du tout nouveau stade Water Front Stadium Home of the Musical Fountain. Marchez ou faites du jogging jusqu'au phare récemment rénové.
Ne tardez pas car cette propriété se remplit rapidement. Des fenêtres avant spectaculaires et planantes encadrent les vues majestueuses sur la Manche jusqu'au lac Michigan tout en laissant entrer le ciel, la lumière du soleil et des couchers de soleil incroyables! Cette maison en rondins de cèdre sur mesure possède toutes les commodités que vous attendez de votre maison loin de chez vous. Situé dans un emplacement privilégié du centre-ville de Grand Haven, en face de Harbor Dr. et du Boardwalk Channel. Les attentes seront dépassées dans l'ambiance luxueuse de cette magnifique maison. Comprend 3 chambres (reine et futon, reine et lits jumeaux plus futon et reine et reine plus canapé-lit) et 3 salles de bain carrelées. Le constructeur voulait donner à chacun des 3 niveaux sa propre retraite privée. Les plafonds de la cathédrale, les poutres en bois, le foyer en pierre des champs et la cuisine entièrement équipée - 2580 pieds carrés dans lesquels les invités peuvent se détendre, profiter d'un moment spécial ensemble et se forger des souvenirs à vie. L'espace de vie décontracté se poursuit à l'extérieur avec quatre (4) ponts et un bain à remous. Vous apprécierez de regarder les bateaux sur le canal depuis le pont avant ensoleillé et spacieux. Rafraîchissez-vous dans la cour ombragée et clôturée avec un bain à remous. Sortez sur la vue à un million de dollars, c'est à couper le souffle. Marchez facilement vers le centre commercial du centre-ville, les restaurants, la jetée de Chinook ou le long de la promenade jusqu'au phare et aux plages du lac Michigan. Drapeau sur le Harbor Trolley sur Harbor Dr. qui passe toutes les 30 minutes entre le centre-ville et les plages. Le stationnement est sécurisé dans le garage attenant à 2 stalles avec 2 places de stationnement supplémentaires sur l'allée. Garez votre voiture pour la semaine et marchez vers les restaurants, les magasins ou le parc d'État de Grand Haven. Secteur hautement souhaitable dans les 2 meilleurs blocs de Grand Haven. We had a perfect family vacation! The house is spacious, comfortable and full of Michigan charm. We were able to easily walk to the beach, lighthouse, musical fountain and downtown. The family enjoyed relaxing in the beautifully shaded backyard to play lawn games and unwind in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great place!!

The location is fantastic, and the owner is exceptional—always accessible and easy to work with. The property was exactly as described and provided plenty of space for our group of seven to spread out and feel comfortable. Its position between the beach and downtown is unbeatable. This was our second year staying here, and it continues to be a great value.

Perfect house, perfect location!

Our stay in Grand Haven was perfect! We loved the ease of walking everywhere, and also enjoyed the peacefulness at the house. We cooked dinner one night and had everything we needed and more. All the beds were comfortable, with great sheets and blankets. We can’t imagine a better place to stay in Grand Haven!

Beautiful home and location

Loved the how easy it was to walk into town and visit breweries as well as to the beach. The hot tub was so nice and loved that the house had everything we could need.

Great House!

Very roomy and open living area. Does sleep 10, but really has 4 beds comfortably. Nice having 3 full bedrooms and baths. Would definitely rent again!

Great location in Grand Haven!

The location was walkable to both the beach and downtown which was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A beautiful deck to enjoy the water view. Plenty spacious for a family of ten. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!!! :-)

Beautiful property with great views!

Spacious with lots of beds & linens, even beach towels & beach amenities! We loved the views from both front & back porches and enjoyed the hot tub every night. Great location - just blocks from town and across the street from Snug Harbor Restaurant & Pronto Pups. Big kitchen with lots of gathering spaces. Plenty of room for grandkids downstairs while the adults occupied the upper floors. We would recommend it to all.

Adorable place with all kinds of nice touches in the perfect location!

This is our second stay, and this time we were there for over a week with our teens and had an amazing time! Karen has thought of everything from comfortable bedrooms, plenty of extra towels, sheets pillows, blankets etc. We grilled out, used the hot tub, stocked both fridges, my daughter did some paintings in the great room; and when we weren't inside - the front and rear decks offer you any sun, shade or views of the channel and lighthouse you should desire. The garage has plenty of beach chairs to grab to take to the beach, and so many other details I could go on and on. The three levels gave everyone their own space and it's really an adorable place. The location is perfect. You are 2 houses from the channel where you go left to the beach in less than a mile or walk right and you are three blocks from downtown shopping - with one of the best waterfront places to eat, Snug Harbor, right across the street along with our favorite ice cream store (although that was dangerous!) Can't say enough about this place, and how responsive Karen is (not that we needed anything:)). If you are thinking about giving it a try, do it!

Beautiful home in a great location - loved it!

We rented this home for our family's annual summer vacation. We've rented homes in different areas and we all agree - this was our favorite! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The front balcony rocks - it has a wonderful view of the water and we really enjoyed it. It was a great spot to catch up on my book while my toddler napped. The location of the house is really perfect. It allowed everyone to do what they wanted without having to get in the car. In the morning, I would take the kids for a walk along the water, some play time in the fountain, and a snack at one of the local shops before they headed to the beach for the afternoon. After the kids went to bed, a couple of us could run to the Dairy Treat (200 feet away!) and bring back ice cream for the group. The location made everything so easy. It was an awesome set up for the adults and kids in our family. Everyone loved it and it was the perfect place for an awesome family vacation. We will definitely be back!

8 grey ladies Book club vacation.

As we entered the home and saw the beautiful interior, comfortable couches, fireplace and lovely kitchen we were thrilled. Then the task of choosing bedrooms and roommates. 4 queens, a twin and 2 futons seemed fine. NOT! Futons were luggage racks and it groaned too. A child would not last an hour on these very uncomfortable beds. So there was some disappointment and 2 guests were on couches. The house is open and you hear everything. So living room sleeping was not sufficient for a good nights rest. Location wise it looked like we had a lake view from the living room. No. The location is filled with houses and rentals on top of each other. View to the right on the deck, was it and that was not much. Upside we had a blast. Cooked, laughed, played games and enjoyed the town shopping. Disappointed that we could not use the fireplace as it was in the fifties at times. More lamps, more places to hang a towel and an upstairs sink that got you wet with each tooth brushing or face wash and didn’t drain well. Two fridges were great, garage and parking great, decor charming, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and glasses. Had to use deck chairs to seat 8 ladies in the living room. Clean, good location for day trips to Saugatuck and Muskegon . First time getting a house together so a positive experience for all.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home

This is our favorite place to stay in Grand Haven by far. Room for everyone. Easy walk to places to eat and shop. Short drive to the beach. Wonderful hot tub after a long day at the beach or exploring. Wish the bed in main bedroom was a bit more comfortable. And in need of a new grill as only two burners work. Not deal breakers but expect better of such a great place. July Fourth celebration was the best ever!!!

The owner, Karen was excellent to work with, and the place was exactly as described. Really close to downtown, extremely clean, and accommodated larger groups. We will certainly stay at this location again.

Family weekend

House and furnishings are very nice, and kitchen is well stocked. Main floor and lower level bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. One complaint was the lighting in kitchen and upper level bedroom/bath. The fixtures were very attractive but did not provide enough light for cooking and grooming. Upper bedroom was spacious, but only had a queen size bed. Would prefer a bigger vanity with better light. Sink was very pretty but, water would splash up over the sides and go everywhere. The main floor is beautiful and spacious which worked well for our group. Overall a very nice property, location, and accommodations.

Large house for large family

Amazing decks with a master suite on each of the 3 floors. 2 car Garage with extra fridge. A wheel cart to roll to beach was very handy. Within walking distance to imagination station, shopping district, and beach. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Another family member rented a house nearby with 2 kids but hung out here most of the time. House never got crowded. Perfect week. Owner texted to remind me of garbage takeout and to warn of an incoming storm. Very helpful.

We live in Grand Rapids and have traveled up and down the Lake Michigan coastline for years. We fell in love with Grand Haven.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because it is literally in the heart of Grand Haven. You can just park your car in the garage and walk everywhere. It is a half mile to the Grand Haven State Park. A nice stroll to the lighthouse. Everyone loves to walk, bike or run to the lighthouse. Great restaurants are only a few steps away. The musical fountain is just across the street and the hot tub built into the deck and fenced yard offer privacy. We prefer the house to the condo lifestyle of shared walls and a significantly smaller living space. This house with a private back yard and hot tub stands above any condo in the area.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can not beat the views and location of this house. The interior is very unique, log cabin interior, stone fireplace and stone walk in shower. The very large front deck allows for great entertaining and incredible views of the harbor.
