Notre Cottage est directement en face du parc d'État de Grand Haven. 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain directement en face du parc d'Ă©tat. Le nouveau niveau infĂ©rieur rĂ©novĂ© et les salles de bains font de ce chalet l'endroit parfait avec toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes.

C'est l'annĂ©e parfaite pour une escapade. En Ă©tĂ©, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas de la plage et en automne et en hiver, des vagues de montres se brisent sur la jetĂ©e et le phare de la salle avant quatre saisons. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a maintenant de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers dont une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. Nouveaux comptoirs en granit avec snack-bar, nouveau plancher en planches de bois et murs de recouvrement de navire.

Immense terrasse avec table de pique-nique et barbecue à gaz avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Michigan. Nous sommes ravis de vous présenter La Dolce Vita. Veuillez envoyer un courriel ou appeler avec des questions.

Grand Haven Summer Vacation!

We love this GH cottage! Year 3 of renting. So close to the beach and walking distance to downtown activities and summer fun. The sunsets are amazing!

Cute and close to everything

Cottage was everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping room for the six of us. Lake Michigan view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our stay was in the fall and the trees were beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Great cottage, great location!

This rental was a marvelous choice for the five of us who gathered for an annual reunion. The cottage was extremely clean and Stacey made sure all the amenities were there. Nothing was lacking! Without a doubt, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Thank you, Stacey, for providing this amazing cottage. Both the cottage and the view were appreciated gifts!

Loved the location, it was very convenient to all of our interests.

It was perfect and fit most of our needs. One item that I would of loved to see is a permanent hand rail in one of the showers. It seems like a little thing to bring up, but for us older folks, it is a big deal. The parking was perfect and getting in and out was wonderful. Overall, I would rent again and had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Girls Weekend!

We were a group of 6 that had a great time while celebrating a milestone birthday! The location was awesome and we arrived just in time to head to the beach and watch a beautiful sunset. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and we used every amenity, including the mud room! It doubled as a walk in cooler for our extra food since it’s was pretty cold during our visit. We cooked during our stay and was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Several of us in the group commented on coming back during the summer and staying here again. The owners were also very easy to communicate with. The VRBO messaging wasn’t working and they were happy to communicate by text. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us!

This cottage is in a perfect location - right by the entrance to the state park. In the summer it might be louder at night with lots of cars going by, but we visited mid-September and everything was much quieter. We practically had the state park to ourselves during the week. The cottage came supplied with everything we needed, and the weather was beautiful. It is one of the nicest cottages we have rented in the last 10 years!

We had the most wonderful stay in Grand Haven for our family girls’ weekend! The house was spotless, perfectly located, and had gorgeous views with such a peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like the perfect home away from home.During our trip we enjoyed shopping, walking out to the pier, and had an amazing dinner at Snug Harbor. The highlight, though, was simply having quiet, quality time together to bond as a family.Stacey, our host, was fantastic—very accommodating with quick response times. I accidentally left my purse behind and she kindly helped me get back into the house, even though she was busy hosting a football party at the time. That level of kindness and flexibility meant so much!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time together. Thank you, Stacey, for making our trip so special!

Perfect location

My husband and his 2 brothers grew up here and it’s been a couple of years since they were all together. This house works great! Single beds might not be made to support adults, but they work.

Location Location Location

Walking across the street to enjoy the sandy beach and waves of Lake Michigan was the best! The house suited our family very well. Grand Haven's walkways and streets allowed our family to get into town to enjoy the boats and fountain with ease. No problems at all.

Amazing house in an amazing location!

Beautiful home with several bedrooms upstairs. First floor has a wonderful family room and sunporch with views of the lake across the street. Stayed at the house with 7 girlfriends for a Fall girls weekend. Plenty of space would only recommend additional utensils, plates, coffee cups, wine glasses. We only had 7 forks, two wine glass and maybe 5 coffee mugs. I would also recommend adding a warmer comforter to the beds given the drop in temperature.

Amazing Girls Weekend

We stayed her for a weekend with a group of women and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone could sleep in their own bed which was a huge perk and we loved the location. The porch and sun room were great for morning coffee.

A Week at the Beach

A nice home located across the street from Grand Haven State Park. Great beach access and a five minute bike ride to downtown GH. Very well maintained, very clean and very liveable for our extended family. Nice neighbors as well.

We have 4 boys and have both grown up in Western Michigan. Dennis is a local business owner and Stacey is a Real Estate Broker. We own several investment properties and take pride in our properties. We have been spending time in Grand Haven our whole lives. It has been a dream to own property in Grand Haven and we are excited to present La Dolce Vita "the sweet life" . We want to make this property one that you want to come back to year after year.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You will love this property from the moment you pull in the large parking area equipped for 4 cars. You are directly across the street from the state park without any steps in your way. The family room opens to the dining room and kitchen with a snack bar. The sunroom is my favorite room in the house where you can people-watch in the summer or watch the waves crash onto the shore and against the pier in the windy fall and winter season. With 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is room to sleep 10 privately and comfortably.

No stairs to the beach, Four season sun room, new kitchen with granite counters, and new appliances including dishwasher, new washer and dryer, mud room to throw towels and shoes. This cottage is perfect for year round vacationing.
