Guest Bedroom 2- Full/twin bunk bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Bathroom Configurations
Master Bathroom- Dual vanities and shower/tub combo (en-suite master bedroom access)
Guest Bathroom- Dual vanities and walk in shower (hallway access)

There is an outdoor pool that was added in February of 2025.

Things to note: Guests will not have access to the garages. The washer and dryer room is located on the bottom floor of the home and guests will be provided access to this room using a keypad lock code.

Guests have access to the whole upstairs of the property

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental car, but neither is needed to enjoy this home and all Fort Myers Beach has to offer

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement. Please note that this property is non-smoking (on premises or decks) and features an exterior facing camera aimed at the front driveway. We recommend that guests wishing to smoke do so in their car or on the street side of this property.
