Bungalow sur la plage avec nouvelle piscine / spa, unifamiliale, extrémité nord, récemment rénové

Ceci est une charmante petite maison de plain-pied de plage unifamiliale située à l'extrémité nord de FMB pour 8 personnes maximum. Il est à environ 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à 15/20 minutes à pied de Times Square et de la jetée avec environ 20 restaurants et bars sur le chemin. Tout a été rénové du sol au plafond. Il est récemment répertorié, donc aucun avis, mais j'ai 4 autres unités que vous pouvez consulter mes avis. # 1226687 Dockside Dream UL # 994200 Terrasse sur le toit # 1226700

Il y a un très grand salon extérieur clôturé avec une nouvelle piscine chauffée privée et un bain à remous. Il y a un barbecue au charbon.

Il y a deux chambres. On a un lit king et la 2ème chambre a deux lits queen. Il y a un canapé futon très ferme qui est de taille normale et les deux chaises créent un lit simple ou peuvent glisser vers le canapé et créer un lit king.

Les deux chambres ainsi que le salon sont équipés de téléviseurs intelligents Samsung de 55 pouces. Le salon et la cuisine s'ouvrent sur la piscine avec une vue dégagée de ces zones.

Il y a deux salles de bains et les deux salles de bains ont des douches à l'italienne.

Le patio / terrasse près de la piscine est couvert pour les repas en plein air. Des chaises pour la plage, une glacière, un chariot de plage et des serviettes de plage sont fournis.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Perfectly cozy, clean house with good access to the beach and nearby restaraunts/food trucks. Pool and hot tub with covered patio were a great way to beat the afternoon heat. Came stocked with essentials and chairs/toys for the beach.

Perfect location and respite!

A great weekend getaway with that beach feeling we all are looking for! Great pool/patio, comfortable beds, plenty of room and a great kitchen! I nice way to spend family time for a quick get away. Walkable to beach, Margaritaville, and shops. Thank you!

Beach vibes

Arrived at night. Welcomed in with bright beachy colors and glowing pool in the back. More than enough room for two people. Enjoyed the welcome snacks and local information. Hot tub didn't heat up and had some problems with the water draining, but nice place to stay. Place was clean and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Maria was very responsive and answered all our questions.

I gave the accuracy a 4 because the property is so much better than the pics. House is great. Perfect location to beach and restaurants. Home owner was easy to connect with consistently.

Great beach stay

This house was a great place to spend a quiet beach escape in the winter. It’s well stocked for a beach trip, and in perfect condition. The pool and hot tub are an awesome way to end the day.

Great bungalow!

Great bungalow— super clean, close to the beach and downtown. Everything was great! The AC stopped working early in morning the day of check out but other than that everything was great. Maria was super accommodating and responsive.

Close to beach and restaurants

The house was all updated. Loved everything about it. Loved swimming in private pool and jacuzzi. The washer and dryer is full sized and brand new. Quiet neighborhood, and beach access very close. Beds were firm and loved how everything was decorated. I really felt at home and will come back next Summer.

Nice private alternative to the hotels.

We evaluated the lodging for our wknd trip with our pup for enjoying the off leash dog beach in Bonita, and found this property to be excellent for location, comfort. No worries since we had a quiet street, private backyard, and your very own pool with hot tub. Stress free stay.

Wonderful!

The house was very nice! Clean decorated very nice and beachy! Great accommodations! Highly recommend!! Price was great for location. Walking distance beach and restaurants and shopping. Ft. Myers Beach is on its way back from Ian! Our host was great to communicate with and available if needed.

Bungalow Get-away

Amazing stay! My husband and I came down for a much needed get away. The house was so comfortable and inviting and had everything we could ever think of needing. Maria was so welcoming! Instructions were clear, concise, and left nothing to question. Thank you so much for rebuilding after Ian's devastation. We will definitely be back!!

I really could not recommend this home any more. They have maximized every space and made it a great week. The pool and hot tub were beautiful!!! I’ve stayed in several places and found this to be the best appointed with all the extras -could not recommend this home more!!! You won’t be disappointed

Small House with a Big Punch

This house is perfect. Super clean, the right amount of space and every amenity you might need. Lots of little extras are a very nice touch. Made some great meals in the well-appointed kitchen and grill outside...and the backyard is truly a relaxing oasis. Communication and check-in was seamless and owner was quick to respond to our questions. Couldn't ask for much more. Ft Myers Beach is coming back strong too. Don't hesitate to head down there and stay here. Wonderful weekend!

Perfect Little Bungalow

Stayed for 2 nights after spending 5 days on Marco Island. Was the perfect way to end the vacation. House is great for 2 adult couples looking to just relax and chill. Pool and hot tub are great and the house was very clean and had everything you could need and more in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach and less than 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Can't say enough nice things about Maria, the owner. She was extremely responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you are looking for an easy, low-key getaway. Great to see the area recovering!

Family getaway on FMB

Overall, our experience with Maria and the property on Pearl Street was fantastic. The property was clean, newer looking, decorated well, and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 10, 8, and ). We also were very impressed with how easy it was to get to the beach. The wagon provided by the property was also very helpful for our beach gear. We contacted Maria a couple of times with questions we had, and her response time was just excellent. She was an amazing host, and we couldn't recommend her enough. We hope to be back to this property in the near future!

New property

Great location as easy to beach and downtown. Good for 2 couples or small family. Both bathrooms are outside of the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. We were the first to stay at this place after the remodel from Ian damage and the pool didn't work. Since it was over New Years they couldn't fix for 2 days, but they did resolve with a new pump.

Short End of Summer Getaway

We had a great time in this cute little home. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants and is very quiet. We were hoping for a few relaxing days, and we could not have been more pleased. Maria had many "extras" like plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, toiletries, floats, snacks, etc. which made the place easy to just go in and enjoy. I have no complaints at all but would note that the home is small and ideal for a small group and the slider to the pool area is hard to open so it may not be suited for more aged guests or anyone without a lot of arm strength. I went with one other person, so it was cute, perfect for us, and the difficulty sliding the door open made us laugh a lot so NO COMPLAINTS! It was spotless and perfect for us. It was a great place for us, and I would stay here again.

Great Two Night Stay in Well Equipped and Fantastically Located Cottage

We had a great stay at Maria's home. The location is fantastic, the outdoor area is wonderful, communication with the host was great, and beds were very comfortable. We had some difficulties figuring out the heating for the pool and hot tub but when this happened Maria was extremely responsive. The outsoor space is very private and relaxing. The location is awesome - so close to the beach. The snacks and coffee with creamers ready in the fridge were a nice touch. The interior space is a bit tight, which we felt because of some bad weather during our stay, but totally doable for a family of four. Overall, this is an awesome spot in FMB!
