Avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, ce chalet classique Outer Banks est juste pour vous. Récemment rénové en 2015 avec plafond voûté, climatisation et ventilateurs de plafond. Ce charmeur ramène les vieux jours de voyages en famille à la plage et juste pour la plage! Avec des vues incomparables de l'océan, de la terrasse, les heures passeront lentement que vous êtes éloignés par les flots tranquilles éclaboussant sur la plage en attendant.
La grange de la plage est la maison pour ceux qui cherchent une semaine calme de plaisir sous le soleil, lire un bon livre et passer du temps avec leurs proches.
Remarque: Climatiseur de type grand hôtel dans le salon (refroidit toute la maison) et unité de climatisation dans la chambre en bord de mer.

We love this house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year renting The Beach Barn and we couldn't be more satisfied! The property description was spot on - amenities were as advertised and the location is perfect right on the beach. The house is clean and well-maintained, and dog-friendly (a plus for us!) We appreciated the gates on the deck to keep our pup (or a small child) contained. We spent a ton of time on the back deck and loved the tall chairs, picnic table and giant deck umbrella. Watched a beautiful sunset or two from the front deck chairs too! We have rented through Carolina Shores years with this property and others, and every time our experience is great. Would totally recommend this property and rental company,and have pre-reserved for 2026! Thank you for providing such a great experience!

Girls Trip 2023!

Me long time friend and loved the location, the view and the proximity to restaurants and things to do. The weather was wonderful and even go to see the dolphins! It was a wonderful girls trip!

August 2023 Beach Week

While a little on the small size, it was just right for the two of us and our two small beagles. And the location and view of the price was priceless!We loved it so much that we have already put a deposit in for the same week in August for 2024!

The Beach Barn Exceeded Expectations

Sitting on the deck was so peaceful with the waves crashing super close. Great furnishings and very comfortable. The size was perfect for Me, my wife and our boxer. We'll be back for sure!! Loved the properties history book as well.

Small House, Amazing Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Barn's best feature is the oceanfront location. The large deck is a definite plus. Unfortunately, despite paying $225 for an early check in, the house was not clean. There were visible dog hairs on the window seats and one set of sheets (already on the bed) and dust bunnies in the main living area. The one AC unit works well but you have to freeze in the living room to keep the bedrooms cool. Future renters should note that there is NO storage (drawers or closets or hangers) in the one bedroom and only hooks (and dog hair covered window seat) in the other bedroom. There were only two of us staying, but if you had couples in each room, there is no where to store luggage let alone unpack. Not a dealbreaker, but good to know. There is a public beach access right next to the house, which was a surprise. This was not disruptive for us but would be good to know ahead of time. The kitchen supplies were just ok. We did not do any major cooking, but were glad for the one cutting board. None of the knives were great for slicing tomatoes, let alone cantaloupe and watermelon. Again, the beachfront location cannot be beat, and the house was just fine for two people and two small dogs. As for Carolina Shores--it just depended on who you got on the phone. Some were very helpful, others did not seem interested in answering questions.

2024 Summer Vacation with the Pups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property several times and love it the MATTERESSES are AWFUL. My back is killing me and I was forced to try to sleep on the window seat. My husband does not have any issues with his back and was in pain also. We did pay the renewal for next year but vacation is not fun when you are in pain and can barely walk.

Absolute slice of paradise!

It was absolutely spotless upon arrival, in a phenomenal location close to everything you could possibly need, and the views are breathtaking! The deck is perfection with a birds eye view of the ocean and beach and has the best chairs ever! Early morning sunrises and watching the dolphins, soaking up the sun all day, and a wonderful spot for dinner in the evening, that deck will certainly not disappoint!! Inside has all of the comforts of home and provides a nice end to the evening with the comfiest beds on the planet! Absolutely cannot wait for next year!
