Sandy Treasure is an OCEANFRONT house located in the quiet community of Sanderling in Duck. The community provides access to the pristine, private beach, free access to a shared pool, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts for a small fee (paid at the clubhouse - located 1 mile north). Sandy Treasure's entire interior is finishing up a complete renovation before the 2025 season to provide a true luxury oceanfront experience. Complete with a newly remodeled master bedroom secluded on the top floor with a large walk-in master shower with two rain heads, hand sprayer, and large bench. Two 42" vanities provide plenty of counter space and a separate water closet for added privacy. A remodeled kitchen provides tons of counter space and beautiful ocean views, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a wine fridge, an additional drink fridge, a 2nd sink in the large island, a 2nd smaller island within the kitchen, providing and fully stocked with quality cookware and kitchenware. Enjoy all the ocean views through the MASSIVE amount of windows and open floor plan in the family room, which shares space with the dining table and is next to the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is the game room waiting to create fun memories for the entire family. Everyone will enjoy Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man arcades (with 20+ other arcade games), Fast and Furious racing, Wheel of Fortune slots, foosball, and a closet filled with more games and books. The house includes three (3) king bedrooms with comfortable gel memory foam mattresses and one (1) room with two sets of bunk beds with the same comfortable mattresses. The ocean access is on the north side of the house (left of front stairs) with a wooden walkway leading to several steps up to the sandy, pristine, and secluded beach.

The house has easy, private beach access.
We love that you can see the ocean while cooking in the kitchen! The open floor plan of the middle level allows for oceans views, large smart TV set over an electric fireplace, with a kitchen anyone would want in their own home, stocked to the brim with all the pots, pans, utensils, and more that you would need to cook an amazing meal or warm up some of the best local food the Outer Banks has to offer. The gel cooling, memory foam mattresses throughout the house are considered "some of the most comfortable beds..." by our guests and come with comfy sheets and comforters so you can leave yours at home and not worry about having to pay extra for ours. With 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathrooms, you and your guests will never need to stand in line for the restroom. The kids (and adults) will LOVE the arcade games on the middle floor with Golden Tee, Pac-Man, foosball, and more. The house also has other games, puzzles, and books to make for a fun vacation.
