Enjoy the beach life at this coastal escape located in beautiful Miramar Beach! Your inviting townhome features gorgeous views from the main bedroom, dining room, and living room. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, relax out on the spacious patio boasting more displays of the water, or head downstairs to enjoy a variety of resort amenities! Lounge poolside all afternoon or play a friendly round of golf. You can even dine at one of the many on-site restaurants or grab a drink at the poolside Tiki bar to really indulge on this vacation!

This townhome is part of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which has fantastic amenities such as a pool, beach access, and three designer golf courses! Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar-white sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve a little over a mile east. Be sure to visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles away, offering fine dining, shopping, and regular special events and festivals right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
