Dear Jeremy, I do not deny my rating of you 3 stars, But dear I think you are also the alumnus therefore cultured, you came to visit Rome, if not the first certainly one of the most beautiful cities in the world rich in history. You stayed in a small apartment that certainly does not have the comforts of your home in the United States, but it is still a historic building from the 1600s, 400 years old and with two windows that overlook a square where a gentleman named Gian Lorenzo Bernini sculpted one of the most beautiful fountains in the world "The Triton". I do not know if you read the marble plaque outside under the window where you slept, maybe not, you were too angry for the tourist tax that the municipality of Rome makes all tourists who want to visit its wonders pay. You booked for 4 people and I made sure you found 4 beds with clean and ironed sheets, you did not book for 6 people otherwise you would have paid more. And this is clear on the site. You made me wait 4 hours at check-in because you were late, and I didn't say anything I waited for you to arrive without complaining. I told you and I repeat if you wanted more sheets or towels than those I gave as service it wasn't a problem I would have given you as many as you wanted only that you have to pay for them as extra you rented a holiday home we are not a Hotel. As for the play station you are right it wasn't in the apartment, that's why I wrote to you that I apologized very much for the mix-up, it being our mistake on the Vrbo site. Dear Jeremy I wonder if visiting Rome for only 4 days you found that staying in the heart of this city was a terrible experience being without a playstation, I wonder you didn't play it too much!!! Thank you very much for your comment. Since I have taken up in 2013 to manage my apartment, that for family reasons I had to give it to an agency with a very negative result. Now I try to treat my guests like old friends I want to give them the warmth they have in their home. I think this is the success of having many guests as beautiful as your family. Dear Chris, I'm so sorry your vacation had a so bad ending. First I want to let you know that I always trust my guests and do all my best to make your holiday as perfect as your expectations. That's why I sent 2 people at the apt and they both referred to me that everything was ok (we don't have all the same idea!). Unfortunately I was having a surgery and could not come to check personally. Anyway all the problems were fixed as I could get to the apt, so don't be worried for air conditionin or showers, they are now working perfectly! Concerning the tv, the cable is not mentioned on the web, the tv works just for playstation and DVD reader (sorry did you take the plugs for the playstation? I could not find them after your visit) eather the wi-fi connection, so I don't know why you where looking for both! Hope to welcome you next time. Chiara

Hi Phillip, I think that your comment is really rude! RIPPED OFF! You wanted the apt ready as soon as possible cause you were traveling with your 80 years old grandma and you landed at 7.15a.m. (I sent the driver to pick you up) and I knew the arrival time only the day before! I had other guests leaving the apt on the 5th morning (I could not ask them to leave at 7a.m., don't I?) So the housekeeper made her best to clean it up and let you have a fast rest before the Borghese museum you had reserved for 12,30p.m.! I was there for your check in. I left a bottle of wine for your grandmother's anniversary. I also left a cell phone with which you could call me for free. You never mentioned any problem and did not call me once. Even the night before your departure when I met you again you told me that everything was perfect, you also had tried the restaurant I suggested you and found it very good! Also to the driver I sent you for the drop off to the airport to the airport you did not mention of any problem. So now I really don't understand your change of attitude and I must think that the jet leg made your souvenirs a little confused. I was happy to have met you.
