This comfortable apartment is located a few steps from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is characterized by high ceilings and large spaces, with characteristic period floors and located on the second floor with lift. It consists of a comfortable living area with dining area and double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a triple room (double + single bed) with en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. Very bright, it enjoys an excellent location in the Monti district, a few steps from the Colosseum. Nearby are many of the area's most popular restaurants, numerous trendy shops and bars and the famous Piazza della Madonna dei Monti where many Romans stop to enjoy an aperitif. The metro stop is just a few meters away and there is also a car garage nearby

Location is awesome. Place is indeed funky and spacious. Not quite as expected. Few comments on the pics I attached.
Understand why no close up pics of kitchen balcony in listing.
Wouldn't describe kitchen as "fully" stocked. Small Moki pot - no kettle. Not many plates. Only one trash bag. No paper towels.
Only one set of keys. Need key to lock door from inside so can't have one guest sleep while others go out - or- have guests with different itineraries.
Double doors right of drafting table locked (were open in listing) - don't know what's on other side.

Awesome Location, Quirky Fun Place

Great location, walking distance from all the sites on a bus route cool views lots of great restaurants within walking. This place was exactly what we wanted and would stay again.

Apartment was located in a great area and within walking distance to many restaurants and places that we wanted to see. Very comfortable accommodations and would definitely stay again and refer friends.

Extra large apartment in Rome right in the middle of everything. Easy walking to metro and major tourist locations and train station. Lots of unusable space that felt a bit odd for our group.

Funky place walking distance to Coliseum

Loved this apartment! The 2 bedrooms have bathrooms and showers and there is also a 3rd bathroom w shower which is a hard find in the area.It’s a funky place with plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out and enjoy. It is walking distance to restaurants galore and near many old items. We loved the place and would definitely rent it again.

Very convenient, would have been nice to have detergent but not a deal breaker. Owners were VERY accommodating allowed us to get in early. Would stay there again.

excellent choice near Termini

the manager was very accommodating, allowing us to change our check in and check out times. The neighborhood is safe and clean and very convenient for both Termini Station and Cavour Metro, or for walking to coliseum or towards Trevi fountain. Big ensuite rooms, comfortable beds.

Ciao to Rome

Grandparents, 2 daughters and 16 yo grandson stayed 2 nights. Close enough to Termini train station and Colosseum to walk (about 15 minutes to each). Plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Unit was dated but roomy and clean. Very Italian. Beds were comfortable. Nice having space for us all to spread out. Street view from window.

So, as everyone says, the location is brilliant as you are close to the Coliseum, Metro station, a hop-on bus stop as well as shops and THE nest gelato shop. The apartment is quirky but lacks a few things. There is a kitchen plus 2 mini kitchens in the bedrooms yet only 1 kettle thats seen better days, along side some of the furnishings. 1 bedroom has a massive wardrobe but you cant use it becauae it is packed with extra bedding. A few basics like washing up cloths and some toiletries would go a long way to upping the rating. The layout seems an odd use of the space but overall, the location outweights the shortcomings

All you need for a Rome stay

Only 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15-20 from most iconic sites, this rental is well located. It’s like 3 appartements grouped into 1. Each one have a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. One kitchen is bigger and is well equipped with a washing machine which was helpful. one bedroom is actually the living room too. You’ll find groceries, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakeries and everything else in a 200 meter radius.

A great central location

Six people can easily live in this apartment. There are 3 bathrooms, so no waiting in line. In two of the bedrooms there is a kitchenette for morning tea, if one doesn't want to bother others. The kitchen area is large with a stove, gas top, fridge and washing machine. In the lounge a big dining table.We chose the place for its space and its centrality. It is situated in the Monti quarter where there are many shops, restaurants, a small market. The Forum, Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain are walking distance away. For further sights, the metro is down the street and many bus lines are available.

Great location but tiny bathrooms

Location was great! Beds were overused. Sunk into divots especially for my son on the twin bed. Bathrooms were EXTREMELY tight. Hard to get into and out of the tiny little circular showers. Toilets were tiny too. After shower, walking in the apartment would make your feet extremely dirty so floors needed to be cleaned a lot! Guy who met and met us in was extremely helpful and kind. Even sent restaurant suggestions after he left. No elevator to actual floor. You walk up one flight to get elevator which takes you 1 flight above your room so you have to walk down. Not handicap friendly. Great restaurants and neighborhood around. Felt safe.

Good location, good size, generally works well

Manager was a little late to greet us, maybe had us waiting 15-20 minutes outside of the property. Good floor area lots of options for places to sleep. 3 double beds and a single bed were provided for the 6 of us. Plenty of linens and towels. 3 showers which all work perfectly fine. Air conditioning units could have been better, but it was a massive heat wave at the time we were there so not ideal conditions. Plenty of fridge space and a kitchen with necessary utensils, etc. Location was good. 15 minutes from the Colosseum, close to metro and bus stops, lots of good food options nearby. Manager was able to recommend some places to eat. We all agree we would stay there again.

Central Location

The property is quirky which we loved. For the 4 of us it provided a fantastic amount of space. It would hold 6 very easily and not feel crowded. It has 3 complete bathrooms but the showers are what I consider 1/2 showers but it worked well for us. This property has A/C and a washer which is great to have we only used the washer the weather was not hot enough to need the A/C.The location is really good. Were a 10-12 min walk to Termin Station. There is a Metro "A" line about 1 minute walk away. The colosseum / Palatine Hill / golden house of Nero less than a 10 min walk. The Spanish steps / Trevi Fountain less than a 30 min walk. The Patheon about 20 min walk. Even the Vatican was about a 50 min walk. Plenty of nice restaurant less than 5 min walk.

Location, Location, Location

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights. A strange layout consisting of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchen areas, maybe used as a dormitory, with separate bedrooms and kitchens and open common area On the positive side, it was all about the LOCATION! A fabulous location, ten minute walk from the train station. ten to the Colosseum, close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon, situated close to many restaurants, so walking around was pleasant and easy to get back to the apartment. All 3 bathrooms were extremely small with very little counter space, or any place, to leave bathroom items. The primary bedroom was very large, with the larger bathroom, and lots of space to move around in. The beds were very comfortable. The second bedroom was rather small. It had no cupboard space but only a small rack with a few hangers. Since it also had a kitchen area, we unpacked our belongings in that area. This bedroom was also dark, as it had no window in the bedroom area. The bathroom in this room was the smallest, so we used the bathroom off the kitchen area, as it was a bit larger. We realized that we stayed in an older building, but the overall furnishings were a bit shabby. Also, the kitchen was poorly equipped, with no basic supplies like sugar, salt, maybe coffee or tea would have been be nice, no water, no towels to dry the dishes, rather bare On the positive side, it was all about the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, and that made it great for our stay.

War eigentlich größer als gedacht- zwei Schlafzimmer, jede mit eigenen Küche sowie Badezimmer. Plus ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa sowie Küche mit noch einem Badezimmer. War Mega schön aber steinboden war kalt und rutschig für die kleinkinder und Kinderwagen passt in den Aufzug nichr. War trotzdem sehr gemütlich und wir haben die Tipps für Essen geschätzt, danke dafür!

Grosse Wohnung, prima Location

Die Wohnung war eigentlich viel größer als gedacht - sehr schön aber der Steinboden ist doch nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet und ein Kinderwagon passt in den Aufzug nicht. War trotzdem gemütlich und ein top Location. Die Tipps für Essen kam auch sehr gut an - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
