All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home was quiet and comfortable. The view was amazing. Check-in process was easy. The hot tub was out of commission, and that was a little disappointing overall, a great place to stay with our fur baby.

Awesome cabin with even better views.

We loved our stay here. The cabin is great the hot tub was absolutely amazing after long days of hiking. The view was insane every morning plus the beach a access less than five minutes minutes away was great. We would all definitely come back.

Nice place to stay if you don't plan on using the bbq or sitting on the couch.

We loved the view, and the hot tub was nice at 104' but I recommend bringing your own cookware if you plan on doing much cooking as the kitchen is not well stocked.

Great location right across the street from Whaleshead Beach. Wonderful deck for ocean views and fog watching, and a lovely, private-ish hot tub area in the back. The singular drawback to this unit is the lack of grassy areas around it for dog relief. But, that's hardly a dealbreaker!

...However, Mgmt NEEDS to "take Better Care" in the "details" regarding Toilet Paper supplied, Paper Towels (for up keep and Daily Cleanliness) ...AND Especially for GARBAGE TRASH BAGS, and the Hauling Away, of the Last Guests TRASH (CAN was FULL), that was Left sitting for Our Entire 3 Nites STAY... (Inexcusable) Especially AFTER SEVERAL Calls, and Complaints were Made by us... and Always during reasonable hours, between 8am to 6pm (Each Day) (phone records)...but the ACCOMMODATIONS were/are SPECTACULAR and Extremely CLEAN, upon Our "Check-In" and Our Departure as well (***Photo's Available Upon Request, for Our Departure)

The house was amazing. Great views. Not a lot of stuff to cook with. The porch was dirty and there was left over coffee grounds in the coffee pot. We met some great neighbors, all and all it was a great stay and I would go again.

Immaculate small home

This beautifully decorated small home was perfect for our group of three. Everyone had their own beds, there were enough bowls and plates and pots and pans, perfectly stocked up, and even spices in the cupboard. The dishwasher opened up right in front of the sink, which was a little awkward, but I’d rather have that than hand wash so no problem! This home is beautifully decorated. All three quilts have matching patterns and the whole theme of the home is in a bright blue and orange beach oceanfront type theme. Not overboard or overwhelming, but very welcoming and thoughtfully put together. Every room was also immaculately clean! We will definitely try to come again!

Not worth staying at

We were looking forward to staying here but couldn't wait to leave! The bed was so small, old, hard, and uncomfortable it ruined our stay. Really disappointed to see no water in the hot tub. Deck was pretty unstable to walk on. I was scared we were going to fall through on some spots. There's a bees nest with live bees in it inside the house.

Great Views, Okay Experience

Our stay had some unexpected issues arise and the property manager Matthew, was great to work with. He made us aware that Vacasa recently took over management of the property, and he was quick to respond. However, the house needs some attention and a thorough deep cleaning. We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and discovering ants had gotten into our clothes on our first morning and were everywhere in the main bedroom. The front door locks were temperamental and it was challenging to get them to lock properly. The kitchen had minimal utensils and cookware. There were a couple pots/pans but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to bring your own.The BBQ was entirely rusted and not usable or safe for cooking on. You may consider bringing extra blankets as the rooms do not stay as heated as the common areas at night. The approach to the driveway is VERY steep, and two small cars would be a tight fit. Our vehicle was a little larger and we could not fit two cars in the driveway. It may be important to note that you won't have cell service, but the house has excellent wifi. The views are stellar, it is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly.
