With an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Large TV's and comfortable furniture, there is plenty of room to sit back and enjoy friends and family! Play some basketball on the level drive. Use the Gas Grill and unwind out on the back deck, which is surrounded by woods, and so serene. Whether you choose to get out and explore the Village or Hot Springs downtown area, this will be a peaceful place to retreat to at the end of the day!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
