Peaceful & quiet neighborhood with a common area gazebo with a view of the lake . You'll have all that you need to enjoy your stay & the Wi-Fi is great in case you need to work a little while you're here. Just 2 miles inside of the West gate and close to Golf, Tennis, Fishing, & Pickleball.

We thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse. It was very comfortable and pretty and very quiet. There was a lovely very short walk to a beautiful view of De Soto Lake with a little dock to sit on and also a place very very close by to set up and relax out of the sun if needed very nice.

Stay was unbelievable, so much peace and quiet! Perfect place to get away!!! Property was clean and full of amenities. Got there and didn't want to leave the house to go do anything. So comfortable and cozy!!!!

Our stay was great. I would recommend this property to any guest. The owner, Mr. Adam was easy to get in touch with after we could not find the house, we FaceTime and he directed us straight there and we had an exciting, excellent stay.

Excellent Property

The condo is very nice. It’s in a very easy to get to location close to the lake. The furnishings are very nice and the property itself is very clean. Owners were very easy to message and responded very quickly. We were up for a birthday and Garvan Gardens Christmas lights. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Hot Springs Village vacation

Property was very clean and really quiet. It had everything we needed. Easy access to the national park and Magic Springs. Grandkids loved thier rooms and had fun at the lake. I would recommend it to families. Thanks John we will be back. Paul V.

Relaxing getaway

Everything was spotlessly clean. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. There was plenty of space to relax and a good selection of games for the family. It also has a nice patio with table and chairs and a grill, but our stay was too cold to enjoy them. The beds were comfortable and the host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Desoto Townhouse

The place is very nice and quiet, beds comfortable. You can walk down to lake but no beach at our point of stay. A few things need to be fixed the stove main burner would not heat properly should be replaced, faucet at kitchen sink loose, and never found a fire ring as was on the description. Overall had a very good stay.

Wonderful trip

We had a wonderful trip. I wished the place was closer to magic springs and bath house row. But the travel wasn’t too bad. Only about 30 minutes. The only complaint I really even have is that every dish we pulled out was dirty so we had to wash everything before using. The front burner on the stove did not work unless turned on high. Also was difficult taking showers for 5 people because only one shower was usable. The owners seem very friendly and respond quickly when messaging with questions.

Thank you for your review. In over two years of hosting and hundreds of guests this is the first time I’ve ever heard of dishes being dirty. Will definitely look into it. Will also check out the stove as that is new news as well. Again, I apologize for the shower in the master bath not being available for you . We discovered a leak in the floor pan just before your arrival and were instructed to not use as it could make the situation worse. Glad you were able to make use of the second shower upstairs.

Very Clean

Very clean house. Super props to the people who clean the house! It's older. The upstairs has not been updated except the flooring. The bathtub is surrounded by cracks in the grout turning black. The shower in the master has cracked caulking turning black. You can hear the people staying nextdoor, so definitely bring your white noise machine. The beds are clean and comfortable. The downstairs is the star! Everything is nicely updated or painted nicely. The kitchen is small, but works just fine. I wish the water and ice dispenser on the fridge was cleaner, but that's probably just the age of it.

Within 4 miles are 7 places to eat! Menus are at the property. In our area, they offer golf, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, fishing, boat marina, hiking trails and paths along the lake. A 24 hour Walmart is less than 10 minutes from the property and gas stations are less than a mile away.
Looking for activities? Within 30 minutes are: Maxwell Blade Magic Show, Garvin Gardens, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, Magic Springs Amusement, Coleman's mineral mining and zip line, Hot Springs famous Bath Houses and shops plus other fun things. The Village offers 7 lakes with some having beach, swimming areas, picnic tables and BBQs. Coronado fitness center and pool are available to guests on a daily rental basis. Visiting on a Sunday? There are plenty of churches to choose from. For more information of events happening in the village, go to HSVPOA.org. If you haven't visited HSV before, it is truly a great place to vacation and a very safe gated community
