Cette belle maison au bord de l’eau du lac Balboa est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et profiter de tout ce que Hot Springs Village et ses environs ont à offrir. Que vous aimiez le golf, le tennis, le pickle ball, la pêche, la natation, le kayak ou tout simplement pour vous évader, vous êtes sûr de profiter de votre séjour.
Les vues sont magnifiques depuis le pont, le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger. La fontaine cascade extérieure, le foyer, le gril et le coin salon sont tous des bonus. Le niveau allée est bien aussi.
Les promenades du soir dans ce quartier calme et paisible constituent également une escapade romantique parfaite.

Great views and great time!

Great location in HSV and the view of Lake Balboa were great. The water fountain was awesome too! Host was very attentive and responded quickly Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed for almost a week in March. Everything was as described and we had a great stay at the home which has an amazing view and direct access to the water. The King size bed for the main bedroom was nice too! The property manager was very proactive and also responded promptly when we had questions. Overall loved it.

Tranquility

The home was lovely and the lake side views were spectacular. The neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed biking the trails to Lake Balboa dam and kayaking from the backyard. Hot Springs NP is wonderful and fairly close by. We loved relaxing on the back deck and listening to the bird calls while admiring the views. There is so much to see and do. I only regret not reserving a extra night or two!

Just what we needed!

This was our 2nd stay at this gorgeous house! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. There is a spacious deck out back where you can enjoy the lake view. The community itself is so scenic and peaceful. Loved the winding drive from the West Gate entrance. Definitely a great choice! We might have to make it an annual getaway!

Honeymoon weekend

My son and daughter-in-law had a great weekend. They loved sitting by the lake, using the kayaks and renting a boat. . The house had a beautiful view and was close to downtown Hot Springs.

Thanksgiving with family

What a comfortable and beautiful place. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen and view was spectacular! Beds were very comfortable, golf courses were fantastic and even caught a bass off the dock and also from a rented pontoon boat. Would definitely come back!

We loved this property in the Village. The home is perfectly designed. Plenty of space, great bedroom seperation, landscaped and a beautiful dock/access to lake. The host are great and EVERYTHING about this stay was great. Can't wait to return to this property.

View is spectacular. Home is exactly as expected via Photos. Spacious and clean. All needs thought of by owner prior to a stay. The village is a gem and this home fits right into the neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful Would choose this home again.

Relaxing

This home was far greater than what it was advertised so much so we only left the property one time during our stay. Booking, checkin and checkout was a breeze and we had no issues while there. I do believe the highlight of our stay was meeting Kim’s dad John Larkin, I hope everyone who stays here is that blessed too! We will definitely be back to this jewel on Balboa lake.

Loved it!

We had a great stay at this Hot Springs Village home! The views of the lake are just beautiful and the house itself is extremely clean and very comfy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A terrible storm came thru on our very first night and Kim checked on us several times and helped us navigate out of the neighborhood the next morning due to road closures. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the back deck was to die for! And did I mention how clean the house was!! Thank you for a very relaxing stay - we will most certainly return.

Stunning

Stunning in lots of ways. A beautiful view of the lake from the large deck. A fun waterfall in the back yard. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable; loved the wood floors and the living room furniture. The location was quiet and convenient to everything. The home was well equipped - we didn't need to buy any supplies for our visit. Kim was a great host and very responsive. Hot Springs is truly a relaxing getaway - lots of nature and no traffic.

Perfect Lake House

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this house and we were very impressed! First of all, the house itself is gorgeous, and in a perfect location! We could look out the windows to an incredible lake view, with a dock just steps away! We enjoyed the included kayaks as well. The owners obviously care about cleanliness as well. We felt extremely comfortable and felt like everything in the large house was kept spotless.Kim was also an excellent host. We had a question about something and were answered immediately, something that is rare to see! She also checked in on us and even gave us a restaurant recommendation.Overall, if you are looking for a large, clean lake house with plenty to keep you entertained, this is the place! We would love to stay here again!
