The space

This magnificent colonial-style villa boasts four bedrooms, all conveniently situated on a single level within its sprawling 1,200-square-meter grounds. The spacious living area offers a picturesque view of the pool and the lounge pavilion, known as the "bale," framed by a row of swaying palm trees and lush tropical landscaping.

To the left, you'll find a cozy media room complete with an LCD TV, cable, and a DVD player, surrounded by comfortable sofas and a small guest lavatory. Adjacent to this is one of the Master bedrooms, which overlooks the garden and features a four-poster bed, a generously sized bathroom with a bathtub, and a walk-in closet.

On the right side of the living and dining area, the second master bedroom awaits, boasting a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The nearby guest rooms are furnished with twin beds, which can easily be converted into queen-size beds, and each comes with an en suite bathroom accessible directly from the garden.

At the rear of the house, you'll discover the kitchen and wet pantry, along with staff quarters and a laundry room. Additionally, the two-car garage provides convenient off-street parking.
