Relax with the whole family or take a romantic getaway. This location allows for a peaceful place to stay. Lounge by the private pool (open seasonally), kick back and enjoy nature or take a stroll. Convenient location just 10 minutes from boat ramps access in which you have more than enough space to store your boat. 10 minute drive from downtown Hartwell and surrounding areas or stay home and enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Lots of open space for games, relaxing, BBQ, or outdoor exploration.

Spacious home with 3 bedrooms. Split level style where master includes separate bathroom with walk in shower, closet, his and her vanity and separate linen closet. Other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and have separate closet area. Washer and Dryer also available.

Full kitchen and living room. No cable however Netflix and other streaming can be accessed via SmartTv.

Entire home - including fire pit, playground areas, swimming pool.

Please note before booking there is an inside Security Camera displaying living room and kitchen area.

Host guidelines/terms and conditions have been printed and listed inside of home.

Home is and has a monitored security camera in the kitchen common area that only monitors living room and kitchen sitting area. This camera should not be covered or blocked anytime during stay. Alerts are triggered when camera is tampered or blocked. Additional charges will be added to stay in the event alarms are triggered due to camera interference. If you would like a image of camera coverage area and/or have concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to host.
