Clever in the kitchen
The kitchen has all the tools, appliances, and gadgets you need to feed all your guests. With acres of counter space and tons of seating, it's easier to cook together instead of chasing everyone away. We even doubled up on the refrigerators in the kitchen so you only have to do the shopping once for your trip. (Just make sure you stop at a store before you get to Concan. The closest large grocery store is 40 mins away!)

Living large at Running V
The living room has TWO SmartTV's. That means you don't have to choose which game to watch. Just make sure you log off at the end of your stay. With soft sofas and room to put your feet up, it's also a great place for winding down after a day on the golf course.
Dining tables at home are used for dining. Dining tables on vacation? Taco bar. Breakfast cereal bonanzas. Endless rounds of board games…because who wants to eat inside when you could dine out by the pool?

Poolside patio paradise
The pool not only comes with a waterfall hot tub but there is also a sun shelf for littles to splash around on. Bring along your floaties and sunscreen. There is a fence around the pool but please keep an eye on your kiddos.

Embedded in the poolside cabana kitchen are a gas grill, outdoor sink, granite-topped counters, and an outdoor fridge to keep your drinks and marinades chilled. Skip the back-and-forth to the kitchen! Plus, bar seating surrounds this outdoor kitchen, and another flatscreen is just a glance away for uninterrupted game time. And oh, there's a handy poolside half-bath too!

Your competitive streak - lawn game edition
Use our basketball pad to keep your jump shot on point or get a ping pong tournament started on day one. The evergreen lawn means that instead of playing horseshoes, washers, and cornhole on stubbly dried grass, you’ll have a nice smooth surface to work with.

The fire pit is where you’ll want to end every day with s’mores and stories. And once the kiddos are in bed, soak your weary bones in the hot tub and look at the stars.

Absolutely NO PETS. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.

We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed. This includes vaping.

The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental.

We will ask for your phone number and email address before arrival as well. We will NEVER use this information for marketing purposes without your expressed permission. This is simply so that we can reach you during your stay. Cell phone service is spotty and we can't count on the platform you have booked through to ensure great communication during your stay. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us through the platform regarding this request.

CHECK-IN IS LOCATED NEAR ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD!
This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Our office is the little white building around the back.

The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement. This rental agreement includes asking for contact information during your stay (email and phone number). This information will never be used for marketing purposes without your expressed permission.
