Me and two of my army buddies stayed here so we could experience the brewery, blues game, and went to Springfield, IL to see the grave of a fallen comrade. I will stay here again. Absolutely great spot for everything downtown.
Very nice apartment and quick responses with all of our questions! It was our first time staying downtown so we were nervous! It was a great stay! Only thing i would change is if a fanily of 4 is staying naybe just a few more towels! Everything was great and would def recommend to others!
Good Loft/Apartment in Good Location at a Reasonable Price
This was an overall good apartment in a centrally located spot that seemed safe. Good breakfast restaurant at the bottom, which was convenient. The only thing that was odd was a gas smell, which the owner acknowledged and is working on fixing. It may not even be caused by their property and could be from an adjacent unit or the restaurant downstairs. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for the price.
The facilities were FANTASTIC! Open. Roomy. Cozy. Safe. The only thing nicer than the facilities was our Hostess! She was so nice! Excellent at communication. And would do anything she could to accommodate. I would totally choose to stay here again. Simply delicious was a tasty breakfast choice that was located right next door.

Nice apartment
We arrived and the key pad hadnât been changed to our code so we had to contact the host , I tired calling and they didnât answer so I messaged through the app and they got it working for us . It really smells of smoke and if it is a smoking facility it was not listed as such . Nice apartment I just wouldnât book again because of the strong smoke smell!
Served itâs purpose but would suggest some improvements
The building wasnât super easy to locate, I would suggest a picture of the front to help with finding the location. The apartment is on the second level, which is nice since you can look down to see where the car is parked. However parking is NOT free and directions were very vague on the listing. We only paid for parking spot 1 day and kept the receipt on dashboard for the entire week and didnât get a ticket. We also had trouble checking in as the keypad pin didnât work, the owner called us back within a few minutes and got everything figured out in a timely manner. The area itself seemed unsafe at first, but we were able to walk to cleaner sidewalks and a seemingly safer area only about 2 blocks away at the city park- would definitely recommend not walking alone in certain areas.I didnât smell anything unusual within the apartment like the other comments, but the stairways and foyers did have a smoke smell- not a dealbreaker. The place could definitely be stocked a little better as far as extra trash bags, a few more cookware dishes and most definitely towels. The space was a great size for our group of 4.
Nice stay in St. Louis, good location, set up for Gen Z
Our stay was fine for our short stay in Chicago. The place was clean and located downtown close to restaurants and bars. The place seemed set up for younger people as it was equipped with a small ping pong table to play beer pong and foosball table. I assume it is designed for out of fans of baseball teams coming to see their team play the Cardinals. We are 3 seniors and would have liked a table to sit at instead to eat breakfast. It claims to sleep 5 so we thought we would have a rollaway bed or sleeper couch for the 3rd member of our party. When asked about this the property manager replied that saying it sleeps 5 means that is the maximum number of people you can have. Regardless, one person in our group had to sleep on the couch that did not pull out into a bed. The elevator on the property was not in service so we had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The place is suited more for a younger crowd, not 3 retirees wanting just a cozy place to rest.
