This place was great for our weekend in St Louis. Used the secure parking for the extra charge and glad we did. Great places to eat within walking distance too! We'd stay here again!

We spent two nights here with two adults and two children. The place was a perfect home base for our first visit to St. Louis. Check-in and adding on parking was easy. We probably could have found street parking, but preferred the convenience of knowing we had a spot. The place was clean and well-equipped and communication with the host was easy, clear, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We felt safe in the area we were at. Close to the activities we had planned. The floors were concrete and no rugs were provided. The window treatments were see through so that was uncomfortable had other people been sitting outside. The shower was awkward to use in trying not to get a blast of cold water. The stairs to get in were difficult for someone with medical issues, the elevator inside was nice.

Great place to stay with clean rooms, high ceilings, and a modern industrial vibe! It felt very secure and safe. We added the parking to our room and it is very conveniently located across from the door. We drive a Yukon XL and had plenty of room. The instructions were clear on how to get in and out, and communication from the host was easy and responsive. We will stay here again!

This is my second time staying in this building and we really love it. Close to SLU. Great neighbourhood. The suite had everything we needed for our family - kitchen and laundry facilities are fantastic. Whenever we are visiting our daughter at SLU - we will stay here! Thank you!

Excellent location just minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go! True city experience with the industrial style loft apartment. Area felt secure and safe. Host communication was great. Enjoyed my complimentary coffee on the patio. Apartment was clean, cool and very accommodating for my 17 year old son and me, and two of his friends. Highly recommend!

We followed all check-in instructions, and everything went smoothly, although the process is a bit tedious. You enter one code to access the building, another for the apartment, and, if using the secure parking, another for the lockbox. You then have to return to your car, move it to the secured lot, and unload.Our biggest concern was discovering the first evening that none of the five large windows would lock and that the black window shades were see-through at night with the lights on. The ensuite bedroom has two large windows facing the common courtyard, so privacy was a concern. We contacted management the next morning, and Brandon responded promptly. He came by while we were out and made adjustments so all the windows would securely lock, which made us feel much safer.Aside from the somewhat complicated check-in process, the initial window issue, and the lack of privacy from the shades, we really loved the apartment. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Brandon was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had.We would definitely stay here again, but strongly recommend adding blackout curtains or more opaque window coverings. That would provide much-needed privacy and make an otherwise great apartment even better.

We really appreciated and took advantage of the kitchen space, which was well-equipped. The access to the patio was also lovely. The space itself was modern and we greatly appreciated the parking. Our one note was that the living area was not particularly comfy for talking or watching TV (the bar stools were fine to sit in but not very comfortable). Would have loved a slightly bigger couch. There was also some trash left under one of the beds, but not a big deal. Overall, though, wonderful stay!

Location felt very safe. It was near enough to everything we wanted to do in the city. Check-in was a process, but very clear instructions. The host was great with communication. The only issues were that the master bedroom does not have blackout curtains and the common area has lights that are on all night. The host was very accommodating and offered to send over eye masks, but we just swapped rooms with our kids since they sleep with a night light. It is just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. The only other issue is that another guest was clearly smoking weed because the smell was strong in the halls.
