We had an absolutely wonderful time at Massanutten! It was a spur-of-the moment trip and stumbled into a lot of activities in the area for Memorial Day weekend. The property was fantastic, well decorated, and spacious. Thanks for having a grill ready to go, the hot tub, and plenty of bedrooms. If we come back to that area, your property will be the first one I look for!

We had an amazing time. The house is clean and very well decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The kids went to the pool and the water park at Massenutten. Communication with Shaun was great. He answered all of our questions.Restaurants and shopping near by . Massenutten has plenty to do for the kids. There were games in the house to play for rainy weather. The kids loved the arcade and the bunk beds.Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay!

Fantastic property. Close to the slopes! Hot tub was a blast, we also had fun with the scrabble board. Loved the bunk room for our kids and the thoughtful details. The boot warmer was a life saver! Had a wonderful trip and will be back!

Quick ski getaway

Comfortable property with fun extras - bunk room was a hit with the arcades and Shaun was very responsive with any questions! Clean and had ample bedding and linens.

Great week!

We had a great stay! House is beautiful and close to slopes! Owner was very responsive! Only thing with our weather being snowy and rainy the hot tub isn’t closed in like it said! But we had a great week!!! Definitely will be back and recommend to others!

Awesome getaway

We had a wonderful time! The kids loved their bunk bed room and the arcade games kept them busy for hours!! The house was in the perfect location for all of our activities during the week. Shaun was very responsive to all of our questions and a wonderful host.

Perfect rental property!

Altitude Adjustment was perfect for our family trip! The home was spotless, well appointed, stylish in design and decor, and had everything we needed! The location was convenient to everything and easy to navigate. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We highly recommend this home!

Excellent for a ski trip

To start with, I usually do not take the time to do reviews but I had to for this place. It was very obvious when we arrived that the owners really took pride in the house. Very clean, newly renovated, and not outdated. The bunk beds for the kids were really cool and worked well with the friends we were traveling with. You can’t tell clearly from the pictures but there are two separate decks with fireplaces, one on the back and one on the front, so different views from each spot. The hot tub has its own deck so it’s not cluttered on the other decks where you sit. The owner was quickly available when I had a question about the house. We will be booking again.

Perfect Place

This host and the property could not have been more perfect! The bunks fit very tall teen boys with no issue (I think they were doubles). We could not have asked for anything more. It was a perfect long weekend to enjoy small crowds on the slopes, fun arcade games inside and a relaxing hot tub to mend the body from a long day of skiing. Thank you Altitude. We will be back!

Great stay and excellent location!

This property was even better in person! Home was very clean, had everything you would need to cook and make yourself at home, and perfectly located within walking distance to all the fun activities and food. You can see the snow tubing from the property. Shaun was awesome and super responsive with providing necessary information for arrival, suggestions while there, and checking in to make sure all was well. The home itself is beautifully decorated, felt very very safe, and had three teenage girls very excited about their stay with a ton of areas for pictures. The bunk room was awesome, hot tub, and the fire for s'mores. We will be back this summer. Thank you so much!

Cool stay to bring kids

The owners put money into the good stuff Great selection of complimentary coffees, cider, etc. The basement level has a 6 bunk-bunk bed that is amazing. The mattresses were I think queen sized. You could easily fit 12 people overnight. Comfy and clean. Nice hot tub and two outdoor spaces with propane fireplaces. Really nicely decorated, tv with fireplace, cozy couch. Host is very accommodating and pleasant too. We stayed 2 nights and went to the waterpark. There’s lots of shopping and other things to do - especially if you like snow sports! Hope to go back.

Read before booking

Let me start by saying my family and I had a great time. The house is beautiful and it’s a good location. BUT when booking the pictures state it has an indoor hot tub. It does NOT. The hot tub looks nothing like it does in the pictures and there is no outdoor light, there isn’t a safe path to walk to and from it, no door directly to it or privacy for it (no walls or roof like in the pictures). When I expressed this with the host he basically said he had no idea what I was talking about “he didn’t need help booking this place”. But it was a major blower for my in laws who didn’t use the hot tub because it has zero privacy, it’s basically in the driveway by the road. The house needs a major deep clean, it’s super dusty for anyone who has dust allergies. Also the water pressure in BOTH showers is so intense it soaks the entire bathroom, so much so the walls have drip marks all over them from previous guests. It was a good trip but i would never stay here again.

Relaxing stay!!!!!

We had a great visit!! Host is awesome with easy communication. House was lovely. Def have some design inspiration for our home now! Very cozy and clean. Great recommendations! We loved the breakfast recommendation- Thunderbird Cafe!! Super close to all the fun activities.

We are from just outside Philadelphia however now live in Williamsburg, VA. We love developing the perfect get aways for our guests and our own family. Altitude BnB is a blend of modern and rustic that we feel makes the perfect combination for a Four Season mountain retreat in the heart of Massanutten Resort.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we saw the location at the center of Massanutten Resort and in walking distance to the tubing and Base Camp we just knew this home was for our family and guests. Massanutten is an amazingly tranquil location and our home has deer that walk right up to the deck with their fawns in the morning and evening, just magical. Plus the views at sunrise and sunset can blow you away, we are so happy with our decision and we hope you feel the same.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

So many things make our property unique, we have talked about the ideal central location which is ideal and also the views from the back viewing deck at sunset and sunrise are just awesome. We have three outdoor decks one is covered and super private with a 6 person hot tub, the other two decks have Adirondack chairs and two fire pits to enjoy the outdoors in style. Also we have a polywood modern Adirondack dining table for 6 that is one of my favorite buys in the whole house. Top to bottom this retreat was developed with care, from 3/4" pine ceilings stained with Early American to the 20 mil luxury vinyl tile we spared not expense to deliver a luxury retreat in Massanutten Resort. Every room has a theme but the Bunk Room is my favorite, the hand made built in 6 full bed bunks is just awesome to look at, my kids love it so much paired with two state of the art arcades with 18K games a piece, not the ones you buy from Wayfair these are custom wrapped and shipped from Florida just for your enjoyment. Our home is allowed to occupy up to 12 guest but that is comfortably and all the amenities to support an amazing time with friends and family.
