This charming apartment has recently undergone a full renovation in 2024, and boasts plenty of natural light throughout the day, and its spacious/kitchen living room combo is the perfect space for entertaining. The apartment boats a comfortable queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, 3 single beds in the second bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom, and three full bathrooms. Each room has its own mini split AC. There's plenty of space for up to seven guests.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two large 50-inch plus Smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor shared patio next to the unit is a perfect place to relax and unwind with seating area available for your enjoyment. The apartment is situated on the first floor, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion, while still being close to everything that Pacific Beach has to offer. You have one dedicated parking spot next to the patio and steps from the front door.
