This brand new home boasts 10 ft ceilings and features a walk-in closet, stone-tiled glass door shower, and a trendy workspace. The spacious balcony is perfect for enjoying a fresh morning sunrise. With a 10 out of 10 walkability score, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, amusement parks, and convenience stores are all just steps away from the Ocean. This property is the whole second floor/story.

This property consists of 3 units total and this rental is the whole second story. Bottom patios are for other 2 units.

House rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Please do not park in parking spaces prior to check in without approval from the host.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.
