Everything was really nice and clean. The condo was nice and roomy and the beds were very comfortable.Real Joy was excellent when I had questions. The only thing we had an issue with was finding the property. It was hard to find. It is tucked back in a corner.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We have a family of eight - 3 couples and 2 young kids. The size was perfect. We were all comfortable. The kitchen is furnished with all necessities accept a spatula. A Kuerig would have been nice. Beds were a little hard but it was ok. One thing that was difficult is the WiFi is REALLY bad. The pool was a little disappointing. There was a big chunk of plaster missing and lots of cracks that here filled kind of sloppy. The pool is not deep at all which was uncomfortable for the adults. It would have been helpful to have a map for check in. The unit is difficult to find. Overall we had a fantastic time and hope to visit again.

NYE gettaway

This is a gorgeous unit — plenty of room, gorgeous views and the property is stunning. Kitchen is generous and perfect for cooking for a large family ( if that is your thing) . The only room for improvement would be making sure toy have the right door code — this can be two units ..as a three bedroom .

Beautiful Property

Just the husband and I for a short getaway, but the unit made us want to linger longer. We cooked no meals but the kitchen seemed well equipped. King bed so comfortable and unit furnished beautifully. Gorgeous view and lovely outdoor balcony for early morning or evening sunset (too hot during the day). Figuring out the building location and garage parking a bit frustrating first day, but overall great experience!

Pool area was good size. The host was easy to work with real responsive quick. The only negative thing about the trip was your only allowed one car in the parking garage. When you book a condo for 10 people obviously that many people and luggage is not going to fit in one car. That’s more than one family. Then you have 2 rooms that connect together that should allow 2 parking passes. That situation needs to be looked at and use common sense. There was many empty spaces in the parking garage. The other vehicle had to park in an overflow parking lot and had to walk back to the condo.

The unit was nice but had a little bug problem that was addressed. But how they entered the unit to address it was horrible. The information that was sent was not clear as to where exactly the building was located and was not clear as to which parking lot was for extra vehicles.

Had problems with dryer and windows to balcony, also hated that I was a guest and was TOLD to make sure the temperature was set at 74 degrees, dishes was in dishwasher and running, makes sure windows were close and locked, and trash had to be taken out!!!I will not book with real joy properties again!!!👎👎👎

Perfect location! Free tram was amazing and drivers were so friendly. We had an issue with parking and when I called the numbers for assistance, I was out on hold only to be told that all operators were busy and to call back. This happened twice. It was frustrating because we spent almost an hour trying to hunt down a QR code for parking. Once we figured it out, we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

We really loved this property and everyone could spread out for privacy and there was plenty of space to be together as well!! The location is great to everything in Baytown! We had great communication with the host throughout our trip.
