Great location. Wonderful stay right across the street from the pool and just a short walk or golf cart ride to beach access. Would stay here again.

Overall the unit was as advertised. It was clean, updated, and great for a family of 6. A couple things could be added to aid in the stay - toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, etc. Also, we were not sent the key code for the keys to the golf cart.

Excellent place to stay! The pictures don't do it as much justice as it deserves! Very spacious, beautiful home. Exactly as described in the photos. Would stay here again in the future! The only thing I would say that needs to be worked on was the communication about the golf cart key code, which I think should have been provided to us in the guest portal upon payment and agreement signing. We had to call to get a code, and it took several texts and calls for someone to even be able to provide that. The overflow parking by the pool, we were never able to find, and didn't get any communication back on the photos we sent to see if that's where we should park. Calling seems to be the way to go after hours, not texting. Even with these few little hiccups and a couple maintenance issues, I still rate it 5 stars all the way through. Super close to the beach. No beach gear or towels, so make sure to bring your own stuff!

The unit was beautiful and clean. It had everything you would need for your stay. I especially liked that it was a ground floor unit. My biggest complaint is the parking. You only get one parking spot and it is extremely narrow if you and the people parking next to you have trucks or SUVs. The flush valve kit needs replacing in one of the guest bedrooms (the one with the tub). The toilet runs after flushing unless you remove the back and adjust the valve. It was nothing major that would cause me not to return to this unit. Everyone was very pleased and agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

This property was outstanding! Everything was so comfortable and well appointed. And it’s an excellent location for exploring all Sandestin has to offer. A fun place for our group of 6 for a long weekend.

Great Sandestin Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful stay in this Sandestin condo! We had young kids with us and the house was functional for us and our kids. The golf cart is a nice perk as you can travel back and forth from the beach and Sandestin amenities easily. A great spot, would stay again!

Spring Break

This was our first trip to the Sandestin Beach Resort and we absolutely loved it and will be back! The condo was probably one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very clean! The property management team were fantastic to work with and responded to messages within minutes. Highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Wonderful week!

We had a great stay at Hola Beaches. The rental was exceptionally clean, the furniture in living room appeared to be replaced from what was in photo but still lovely. We had one hiccup as the ignition switch needed replaced on the golf cart so we were without it for the first couple days of our trip, but the customer service was top notch and they were very helpful in getting the cart fixed and communication was key. We will definitely book again in the future!

The property was advertised as having a golf cart available, which was an important part of the amenities I expected when making my reservation. However, I did not have access to the golf cart for the entire four-day stay. This was a significant inconvenience and meant that an advertised amenity was completely unavailable throughout my visit, not to mention the poor customer service and being left on hold for over 10 mins on every call or not getting any type of response at all. In addition to the missing golf cart, there were several other issues with the property:• The bathtub would not hold water, making it impossible to use as intended.• There were roaches and spiders in the spare bathroom, which was both unpleasant and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.• One of the toilets was not functioning properly, creating another significant inconvenience during our stay.• These issues substantially impacted the quality and enjoyment of our stay and did not reflect the condition or amenities that were advertised when I made the reservation.I understand that occasional issues can arise at rental properties, but the number and nature of these problems were unacceptable, particularly given that some of them involved basic functionality and cleanliness.

Amazing Vacation

This property was as pictured and described on VRBO. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location in Sandestin. Close to the pool, which was awesome. Only complaint is that there were rowdy renters above us the entire week and we could hear everything. They seemed to be the only loud people in the subdivision; it is otherwise family-friendly.

Great week at Hola Beaches

This is a great sized property for a family. It looks exactly like the pics, is very spacious, we were four adults and three young children, and is very well equipped. Comfortable beds, plenty of spare bedding and towels. The screened porch is a really large bonus space. The heated pool is steps away which is wonderful if you are travelling with young ones. And the included golf cart is a great addition. You can get everywhere in the resort by cart so we basically parked our car for the week. We would defintiely recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay at the condo but a few suggestions for the next renters. There was no salt and pepper, one small pot holder, we had to ask for more towels and washing machine detergent. The AC was set to 70 at night and found the rooms to be too warm. Getting the golf cart was more involved than we thought. Need insurance docs. Overall, it was good just some small details
