Profitez de l’un des secrets les mieux gardés du village de Baytowne Wharf: notre spacieux lock-off de 3 chambres à coucher / 3 salles de bain situé dans Pilot House, d’une superficie de 1 413 pieds carrés. Cette propriété au 4ème étage avec 'lock off' est parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Le salon avec un plan ouvert est idéal pour tout le monde. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète d'un côté et d'une kitchenette dans la 3ème chambre / studio verrouillé. Les chambres ont été rénovées avec une belle literie.

Les unités ont des portes d’entrée séparées et disposent d’une porte de liaison entre l’unité de 2 chambres et la 3ème chambre / studio.

L'unité principale a un espace de vie ouvert avec une cuisine complète, une salle à manger, deux chambres et un salon. Les chambres offrent un lit king dans le maître et un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre.

La partie lock-off est un studio avec deux lits queen, une kitchenette et une salle de bain complète.

Sortez sur le balcon et profitez du bar que le propriétaire a ajouté avec un canapé fabuleux et 2 chaises dans votre coin salon pour profiter de la tranquillité de vos vacances.

La maison pilote dispose d'une piscine avec bain à remous et une piscine pour enfants. De plus, vous pourrez faire des grillades au bord de la piscine. Prêt pour votre temps d'entraînement? Pas de problème car il y a une petite salle de gym avec équipement cardio par la piscine pour enfants.

Cette unité est située au coeur de Sandestin dans le fabuleux village de Baytowne Wharf. Le village comprend de nombreux restaurants, de nombreux magasins, des animations quotidiennes, une aire de jeux, une tyrolienne et plus encore. Il y a aussi des événements dans les parties communes, notamment des concerts et des films sur la pelouse.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pilot House. This is an excellent location to stay because you never have to leave the resort and village. We will be back!

Great Condo- parking issues

Our family came into town for a wedding. We chose this rental due to location in the village area, as well as the fact that there were no stairs in the unit since we have small children. Check in was easy and communication was good. The unit was clean and we had a good amount of space for our family members staying with us, as well as 1 bathroom per room which is great. The unit had everything we needed. We took the shuttle to the beach which was great. The beach was packed but that’s to be expected. The parking was a bit of a nightmare, which we didn’t realize would be the case ahead of time, as the listing said there would be one spot available for the unit. The designated lot was full on multiple occasions, leaving us to park around 1/4 mile away in the overflow lot, which is obviously not ideal in the Florida heat. We also had issues with the air conditioning. The management company was responsive and sent someone out the following day. Ultimately, it was a good rental, but the parking situation would deter us from staying here again.

The property was clean and comfortable. Perfect location. We parked the car and didn't have to leave until we checked out. Everything in walking distance! Loved staying at the Pilot House.

Spring Break Getaway

Our stay at Pilot House was such a lovely space for our family. The location is so convenient and we were able to go between the beach and pool. Tram pick up/drop off right outside the building was perfect. Fireworks at the wharf on Tuesday night was enjoyed by our whole family. The Farmers Market on the weekend was so nice as well. We will be back to Sandestin!

Lovely Condo in Baytowne Village!

We just returned from a stay at the condo and it was wonderful! Communication with the owner was the best I've experienced with rental properties. He replied quickly and provided coolers with ice when the fridge needed replacing at the start of our week. The rooms are comfortable; one king, one queen, and lock out unit has two queens; plenty of closet space; well stocked kitchen for dining in; carpet in bedrooms probably needs replacing at some point; easy beach access via tram practically outside the front door of the Pilot House; lots of fun restaurants in the Village (highly recommend the Crazy Lobster), One parking space per unit and the garage fills up quickly during busy season and weekends! Overall a great vacation and we highly recommend this lovely condo. Many thanks to the owner for being so helpful!

The pool was fun and we loved being so close to Baytowne. We never had to drive our car. Only downside was that the condo could use a little work and updating. Porch looked rough and dirty when we got there and carpets could use a good cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our trip to Destin and this unit! Loved the convenience of the unit. Close to the festivities, but little to no outside noise. The dryer took several cycles to fully dry items and the AC unit in 407 was very loud (kids were in that side, however, had adults been staying there, it would not have been tolerable). The kitchen was well stocked and the master bath was wonderful!

the size was great. the beds were most uncomfortable; way, way to hard, no pillowcases, hard pillows. supplies: dishes, cups, glasses were great. chair swing on porch is starting to lose plastic covering. would be nice to have directions on how to use the t.v. remotes.

Family vacation

Not a accurate description of the property/location. There was no way the condo was 1400 sq ft. The second bedroom did not have a king size bed. The third bedroom had its own air conditioner and thermostat, we could not get it cold in there. The dryer did not dry properly. Pool on third floor was not as large as the pictures made it look. Overall it was a ok experience. Not interested in returning to this location.

My experience with Destin Memories was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked until the time we left. I'd have to say, it was the easiest rental experience I've ever come across! The condo was just as pictured and it was perfect for our family. I will absolutely rent this unit again and will reach out to Destin Memories for any future bookings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice. My only complaints are 1) it was hard to find the unit the first time. The instructions aren't clear on where to park and the physical address given does not work in Google maps2) For a brief 3 night stay where everyone traveled by air for a wedding, it does not make sense to go buy all the items (dish soap, detergent, sponges, etc). would be great to have more of a starter kit than the one bag of dish detergent and one bag of laundry detergent, so it felt a little more livable.

Perfect Storm

We were looking forward to be steps away from the pool and being close to the beach. Mother Nature had a different plan and our entire trip was rained out. However, the condo did not disappoint one bit! It was in the perfect location to the wharf which we were still able to go to frequently even in the rain. The condo had plenty of room and was great for two you g children. We plan on making a yearly trip back to this same exact condo. The only issue we had the entire time was the AC in the single unit didn’t seem to be working. The management team had it fixed immediately. They were extremely responsive and helpful!
