Spacieuse unité de coin au 5e étage avec balcon donnant sur la baie de Choctawatchee! Offrant de l'intimité, une vue sur la baie depuis chaque fenêtre et des couchers de soleil parfaits. Ce condo de luxe répond à vos besoins de vacances pour un groupe jusqu'à huit personnes. Juste à l'extérieur du rez-de-chaussée, un paysage luxuriant vous mène à la piscine lagon à entrée nulle avec deux bains à remous et une piscine pour enfants. Marchez quelques minutes de plus et retrouvez-vous dans le charmant village de Baytowne Wharf, où vous pourrez vous détendre avec une cuisine raffinée ou décontractée, du shopping, des activités pour enfants ou simplement vous promener dans le village. Si vous vous sentez énergique, vous pouvez marcher / faire du jogging jusqu'à la plage en 30 minutes environ. Jouez au golf et au tennis, vélo, poisson, canoë ou kayak toute la journée, sans quitter le village. Profitez de la vie nocturne et revenez tranquillement à votre condo à la fin de la journée. Awesome property, everything was as described. Beautiful view of the ocean. Pools and shops close. Owners were awesome and easily available if I needed, which I didn’t. Currently booking for the future. Awesome sauce!

Second Great Stay

We stayed here in 2023 and were very happy to return this year. The condo is walking distance to Baytowne Wharf and Hotel Effie. We loved the community pool and hot tubs and the great sunsets from the balcony.

Location 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Cleaning ⭐️

The property was beautiful and spacious, and the location was great, especially for walking. However, the check-in process was quite overwhelming at first due to the various codes and entrances, which could be confusing. Unfortunately, the cleaning was unacceptable. There were strands of hair everywhere—in the bathroom sink, on the floor, and even in the refrigerator and freezer. We reached out to the host to have this issue addressed, and the cleaner came and did a partial re-cleaning. However, there was still hair left in the refrigerator. If it hadn't been Thanksgiving, my husband and I would have left the unit.

Relaxing Trip with Family

two adults and two almost grown teens had plenty of room to congregate or segregate. the condo is especially spacious with the wonderful deck that could be used comfortably almost all day (temps were in the 90s so late afternoon didn't work). Kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking and the dining/living area allowed for plenty of family meals and olympic viewing. This particular unit is on the back side of building and the corner deck has stunning views - actually there are nice bay views from every window. Very enjoyable holiday. Hosts were very responsive. We have visited San Destin for years - this was a perfect spot for our family.

Beautiful clean quiet with a gorgeous view. Owners awesome. Area has all you could want. Plenty of parking and an elevator with carts for your use. Plan to return for a longer stay!

Fabulous stay

I really liked the Elation 5502-4. Check in was easy, the room was really nice and so was the view. The pool was great. There needed to be a little more shaded areas. But I didn't mind. My husband was the one that wanted more shade. But our rental was great and the hosts/owners were great!

The condo is very conveniently located to the pool and village, yet tucked away so it’s very quiet. Layout of condo is great for traveling with kids. Judy and Denise were very quick to respond to communication, and overall helpful, professional hosts.

Everything was perfect.

Best condo we’ve stayed at in Baytowne Wharf. Been going for 14 years and this was our favorite. The view of the bay and space inside were great! Maybe provide some beach chairs but no complaints.

Beautiful, quiet, very spacious, corner condo

This place was perfect! Beautiful area and close to the pool and wharf. But not too close! Condo was quiet and grounds around it are perfect. Beautiful views from balconies and windows. Sunset is amazing from balcony! It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Pictures were great online but the condo is much more spacious than what they show. A nice surprise for us! Communication with property owners/management was flawless. Thanks for having us!

Summer Kickoff!

We wanted to come stay with our kids and my hubby’s mom and stayed at Sandestin previously and loved it. We love having a balcony for coffee in the am and cocktails in the evening. Plenty of space for us all and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy trip to the beach and pool and we loved being near Baytowne Wharf for all the action if we wanted that. Lots of beautiful paths for walks and biking. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vaca

Took a family vaca with my mom & two kids (5 & 9). Condo was very clean (& comfortable) and view from balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much & would love to book this same property again. We always love staying at the Wharf, my kids love all the activities it offers and this condo and the cleanliness and great views were a big hit with us! Can’t wait to come back!

Great girls trip getaway!

We stayed in this property for a girls trip, and it was perfect!! The condo was spotless and everything was properly stocked. The balconies looked over the back bay and was the perfect hangout. We loved the walking distance to everything at the Wharf and the nightlife. We will be staying again next time we are in the area.

Wedding weekend

Better than the photos, the balcony was beautiful. We were there for my daughters wedding and the bridal party came over to take some pictures on the balcony. It was very comfortable and really clean and pretty.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Sandestin because there is so much to enjoy for all ages from small children to teenagers to grandparents....and everything is within a short walking or driving distance. We especially like the tunnel for golf carts, bicycles and walkers because we can access the entire resort without ever going out on the highway.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Choctawhatchee Bay view is spectacular from the fifth floor balcony. You will look out over tops of pine trees with Destin night lights twinkling in the distance as you enjoy a picture perfect sunset.
The marshes and the bay attract exotic birds and wildlife so you will want to bring your binoculars.
