This lovely Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings, an abundance of natural light, and convenience to the beautiful resort swimming pool. The sugar white beach is just a short golf cart ride away. “Refreshing and relaxing” describes this residence in every way.

Our newly updated gourmet kitchen is open and full of light. All the tools you need to whip up the perfect meal for your family and friends are provided in this delightful kitchen space. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located outside on the back porch. The dining area offers seating for eight guests with additional bar seating for two. With cushy seating and a new HDTV, the family room is comfortable and inviting. Relax on the back porch and enjoy lovely resort views. There is upgraded HDTV cable service and WIFI.

The downstairs guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle, HDTV, and easy access to the living area. The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower. With two master bedrooms upstairs, there is room for everyone. Both are furnished with king beds that are adjustable for the perfect sleeping position. The first master bedroom offers a walk in closet, walk in shower and a dual sink vanity. The second master bedroom offers a shower/tub combo, a spacious closet, and a dual sink vanity.

The Fairways is located on the bayside of the resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at the Fairways! The HOA only allows 1 parking spot for this property. Off site pay to park information can be given upon request.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
