This cheerful home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with a large open living-space. All 4 bedrooms boast queen size beds and 3 twin trundles and a separate game room in the garage.

Open the beautiful doors into our large modern living space. As you enter, please leave your shoes at the door since many little fingers touch our floors.

Relax in the living room with 65" TV or hang out at the kitchen/dinning area with fully stocked kitchen.

Through the living room, walk down the hall to the first bedroom on the left. A queen size bed, dedicated work area and a large closet is ready. A twin size trundle slides out giving your kiddos a place to rest. Back in the hallway, door on the left is the shared bathroom. This bathroom offers a full size tub/shower combo, a modern vanity and mirror and toilet with bidet. Walk pass the bathroom is another bedroom with queen bed, a workspace and closet. Turn the corner and down the hall is a master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom. Queen bed, dedicated workspace and a twin size trundle. Master bath features a shower stall, pedestal sink and toilet with bidet. The 4th bedroom has an exterior access, a long desk for your work from home opportunities and a beautiful view of the pool. The 4th queen size bed is nestled in the nook with a twin trundle that slides out.

All bedroom windows have blackout curtains to allow for maximum rest.

An in unit washer/dryer is installed in the garage. Interior access to the garage is through the kitchen. Garage also doubles as a game room with a 13-in-1 Combo Game Table Set that will be having you enjoying your time with your friends and family for hours. Game table includes: Ping Pong, Foosball, Basketball, Air Hockey, Archery, Chess, Checkers, Shuffleboard, Bowling and many more games.

The back yard is equipped with many amenities for your pleasure! A full size pool, outdoor couch with firepit, outdoor bed, table that seats 6-8 and a gas grill. Enjoy hours of fun with your friends and family.

Guests will have full access of the entire home. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks in the home.

Driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the streets.

Other things to note

There are 2 steps to the front door. Once inside the home, there are no additional steps to get from one room to another. Home is on one level.

This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.

We are located just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to get around the Bay Area.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
