The condo was filthy dirty. When we went to go to bed there was no sheet on the bed. Bottom sheet was dirty. It was so disgusting. I got online and booked a hotel room and we left at 11:00 p.m.. I will never use that condo again

Would stay here again

The photos are a true representation of the property. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, there was even a little welcome bottle of wine and some cookies. the location was perfect for us, located just a minutes walk to a shopping mall with several stores and quick service food choices. The bed was comfortable. It's an older unit, a little dated but clean.

Cozy townhome

We were very happy with our choice. It is a well equipped and nicely decorated house in a quiet area, conveniently located 2 min walk from a shopping center with food store. Very nice and helpful landlady. Highly recommended.

Condo near Pavilion

Small two BR/1Ba condo. Bathroom is upstairs. Mattresses seem new, firm. Lots of Knick knacks to look at. Maybe a little too much for my taste. Owner made sure we were taken care of, she even made up the downstairs sofa bed.

Host did not provide instructions prior to check-in time, did not respond to texts on check-in day and I had to call to get info on how to access the unit. Oddly, everything had to be passed through text instead of a welcome email with all info. Photos on VRBO site are heavily staged. DO NOT expect it to look like the photos. There are multiple decoration pieces in the unit that clutter the space and make it feel cramped. The coffee table (chest) had sharp pieces sticking up on the top, not kid friendly. The unit was not clean with hair in the sinks and tubs, the kitchen was dirty and cluttered. There was heavy dust/sediment on the range hood and fridge top. The pullout couches on the first floor were not comfortable, we had to purchase foam pads and our own pillows to sleep on them. The gate to access the main entrance locked us out though it was "rigged" to stay open. The deadbolt to the main door is not installed properly- there is no deadbolt catch. The metal security screen to the main door handle could not be gripped by your hand as it is installed too close to the door jamb. Curtains installed do not block property street lights from lighting up the inside at night. The TV was oddly wired to a wall light in the adjacent closet, we had to figure out the closet light had to be turned on to watch TV.The quality & cleanliness of this unit did not match the description nor price. I took photos of above issues should anyone need to see. I feel like my family was swindled.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We reached out to you several days before check-in and sent detailed entry instructions on November 19, but didn’t receive a response prior to arrival.- The listing photos were professionally taken by Evolve and accurately represent the space and layout of the home.- Extra pillows and comforters were available in the closet, and we would’ve been happy to help locate them if asked.- While décor preferences vary, guests are welcome to move non-essential items during their stay to make the space more comfortable.- We’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure all areas of the home, including high surfaces, are meeting our standards going forward.Thank you again for your feedback—we’re always looking for ways to improve and are confident future guests will enjoy their stay.

DO NOT STAY 23-day stay during a cross-country move; one of the most stressful housing experiences we’ve had. Documented uncleanliness night one, before our pets even arrived. Owner later came alone, no cleaner, claimed a “professional company” cleaned while we’d stepped out, then waited to show us a hair-filled vacuum canister blaming our dogs/kids. Clearly no pro cleaning happened: mold in shower, dirt behind bathroom door, rugs/mats still filthy.Bathroom drain held together with foil instead of repaired. Kitchen sink slow-draining. Dishwasher threw an error code; I reported it and she blamed us despite documented proper care. She entered multiple times during plumber visits; when that didn’t fix it, retaliated by saying no tech would be available for our final 13 days.She then filed false allegations with the management company after I held my boundary on the dishwasher: claimed unauthorized pets (listing allowed two, no size limit) and overoccupancy (only true when my parents briefly visited to babysit).She also brought HER own pet in, fed it OUR dog’s food (no asking), and made repeated judgmental comments about how we lived in the space.We ultimately relocated our family, including two toddlers, at real added cost, due to unresolved plumbing and feeling unsafe from her entering unannounced.Week after we left, she still contacted me demanding info, called me “not a mature adult,” and when told we’d disputed the charge, said: “This is fraud, I’m glad you’re gone.”
