Make you way up this quiet neighborhood into this peaceful home. Step through the front door and be greeted with a spacious, modern home filled with soft comfortable furnishings and room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

The formal living area features a plush sofa in the middle of the living-room. 65" smart TV is set in front, where you can connect to all your favorite streaming apps keeping everyone entertained.

Step through into the gourmet kitchen with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in style with modern stainless steel appliances. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven with a seamless cooktop, a coffee maker and dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals within the dining room at the eclectic dining table set for six or if you don’t feel like cooking there are many great restaurants nearby or why not doordash/uber eats your food delivery right to your door with many great options available.

The master suite offers a luxe queen bed topped with soft, hotel quality bedding, a spacious closet and a workspace desk and chair. Twin trundle allows for additional guests. Off the bedroom is the sparkling en-suite bath with an oversize glass shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials for your stay.

Down the hall is the guest bathroom with a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, toilet with bidet and a vanity that comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner body wash and a hair dryer so you don’t have to bring a thing.

At the end of the hall is the 4th bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, twin trundle and a dedicated desk and chair for your remote work. The third bedroom is filled with a queen bed, twin trundle and a productive workspace area with a desk and chair.

Outside guests have their own private oasis with a large (unheated) pool that invites you in on a warm afternoon. Swim a few laps or just relax with friends after a day spent working or exploring the city. Fenced area next to the deck is the perfect place to roll out one of the exercise mats and practice yoga or do a workout with plenty of space to move.

Guests will have full access of the entire home. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks in the home.

Driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the streets.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. Westwood House is a sanctuary and not a party place.

The pool is not heated October through April. The rest of the year pool is naturally heated by the sun.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for spa, hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, pond, decks, railings, bunk beds accessible by ladders, etc. herein referred to as Special Feature. If so equipped, it is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Feature. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Special Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property including roof-tops. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupant aware of risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or Manager for injuries or claims.

HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
