As you step inside the cabin, you will be embraced by its warmth and comfort. This cabin seamlessly blends natural wood accents, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, bridging the gap between the outdoors and your cozy sanctuary.

3 Levels, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, 2,228 Square Feet

Top Floor:
On the top floor, a spacious open floor plan awaits. A generously sized living room with a generous couch and a 55" Smart TV provides the ideal space for family bonding or relaxation after a day of adventure.

Connected to this, a fully equipped kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures. With two full ovens and a 4-burner stove, plus all the kitchen amenities you desire, creative meals for your Lake Arrowhead vacation are a breeze.

Savor your creations in the open-plan dining room, offering ample space for the entire family. Or venture outside onto the expansive deck, where you can dine amidst the Lake Arrowhead trees, enveloped in nature's tranquility, accompanied by the sounds of the birds.

On the upper deck, you'll also find a BBQ, a smoker, a fire pit, and ample seating, providing everything you need to fully immerse yourself in the great outdoors on your trip.

Bedroom 1:
Upstairs, a king-size bed with a firm foam mattress awaits in a bedroom directly connected to the upper deck. The thoughtfully curated decor sets a warm ambiance, ensuring a restful and delightful stay.

Bathroom 1:
Adjacent to Bedroom 1 and the Living Room on the upper floor is a luxurious bathroom, offering a shower, bathtub, and full sink.

Middle Floor:
Descending the staircase leads you to the Family Room. This spacious area is perfect for unwinding by a cozy fire and enjoying a movie or playing games, including a full-sized Shuffleboard with mini bowling. A mini bar allows you to craft your favorite cocktails or enjoy a glass of wine.

Bedroom 2:
Directly off the Family Room, a stunning Queen Bedroom with a foam mattress awaits. Settle in after a full day of adventures in this cozy and serene bedroom, surrounded by nature and outdoor views.

Bathroom 2:
Conveniently located directly next to Bedroom 2 and off the Family Room, this bathroom boasts modern touches and a full shower and bathtub.

Bedroom 3:
Another bedroom, just off the Family Room, offers a Queen Firm Foam Mattress and modern bohemian decor. Surrounded by nature, you're sure to enjoy a restful and quiet night's sleep. If you're working remotely, a private desk in this room allows you to extend your stay and enjoy your vacation with friends and family.

Bathroom 3:
Just across from Bedroom 3 and adjacent to the Family Room is another well-designed and modern full bathroom, complete with an additional shower and bathtub.

Bedroom 4 - The Kids Room:
This imaginative space is perfect for kids to play, create, and dream up adventures while you relax in the house. With 3 twin beds and the ability to convert one into a king by pulling out the lower drawers, this room offers flexibility for your family's needs.

Lower Patio:
Adjacent to the Family Room, step into an expansive outdoor haven. Equipped with two inviting hammock chairs, a cozy fireplace seating area, and a generously sized outdoor sofa, you'll find everything you need to settle in and relax amongst the trees. For those slightly chilly nights, we've even provided space heaters, ensuring your complete comfort as you immerse yourself in nature.

Lower Level:
The lower level houses a convenient laundry room with a full washer and dryer, to freshen up during your travels.

Each bedroom features high-end mattresses, and the entire cabin has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a fresh and modern atmosphere while being nestled in the forest.

PETS:
Dogs are permitted only with prior written approval from the Property Manager and must adhere to the following rules:
- Pets are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture, including beds, couches, chairs, tables and any other furniture (indoor and outdoor).
- Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage to the property or disrupt neighbors.
- Any evidence of pets on furniture or damage caused by pets will result in additional cleaning, repair fees or replacement fees at the sole discretion of the Property Manager.
- Guests agree to supervise pets at all times and to clean up after them, including disposing of waste properly.

STAIRS:
Please note that this house has two levels to climb before you can enter the living area of the home. You can see the quantity of stairs in the image of the front of the home, that is one place you can enter. In the garage, there is one larger staircase and one small staircase to get to the lower level. Once you are in the lower level, the staircase to the main floor is normal size. For those with challenges using stairs, we suggest having them sleep in the Master Bedroom on the top floor since that is connected to the kitchen, formal living room and upstairs patio.

PARKING:
This modern Lake Arrowhead cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers parking for 3 vehicles on-site, plus street parking. No parking on the fake grass is allowed, only the driveway. Please note, street parking is NOT available when it is snowing and there is no paid parking lots or garages in Lake Arrowhead. Plan Accordingly.

While the cabin provides WiFi and central heating throughout, please note that air conditioning is not available. However, stand-up fans are provided in each room for added comfort.

For your safety and security, the house is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, CO2 detectors, and emergency flashlights. Motion-sensor LED security cameras are strategically placed outside the house on the driveway, doorbell, side path, and upper deck.

Please be aware that the house is professionally cleaned before your arrival. However, as is common in mountain retreats, you may encounter occasional bugs, dust, and spider webs. This is a natural part of the mountain experience.

Before driving up the mountain, check weather conditions, and ensure your vehicle is suitable, especially during snow season. No refunds will be provided if you cannot reach the cabin. The host is not liable for weather conditions affecting your arrival, stay or departure.

Guests have access to the entire house, except for areas designated for storage.

While you're here, we are full-time residents on the mountain and available to assist with anything you may need.

A car is essential for getting around Lake Arrowhead.

- While Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and does not have general lake access to visitors, you can enjoy the lake using our personal lake pass. The Arrowhead Lake Association charges $10 per person per day (subject to change), if you lose the lake card there is a $100 replacement fee, if you break any lake rules you will be fined the same price we are charged by the Association which is $1,000. If you do not let us know that you have received a ticket, you will be charged an additional $500 fine. The Association will inform you of all rules and sections of the lake you are permitted to use during your stay. Please advise us in advance if you want the pass as we have to set you up in the system before proceeding.

-No house parties are allowed. If it’s determined that the cabin was rented for a party the police will be called and the reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund. The cabin and neighborhood is not suitable for parties or large gatherings or celebration events.

-This house only has air conditioning on the top floor (the lower floor stays cooler naturally) and each bedroom is also quipped with floor fans.

-Cleaning. Our home is professionally cleaned top to bottom including washing all sheets and towels, deep clean bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen and wiping down and disinfecting all common area surfaces before each guest arrives.

-Do not leave doors open. Wild animals including bears and raccoons may enter the house.

-Do not burn anything in the fireplaces, they are both gas. It’s dangerous and will ruin it. And do not leave the fire burning unattended. Never leave the cabin with a live fire.

-No charcoal BBQ grilling is allowed. Per country rules because of fire hazard. We provide a gas tank for the BBQ when you are there.

-There is no food or eating permitted on the upstairs sofa. If you want to eat and watch TV, you are permitted to do it downstairs in the family room.

-Host is not responsible for snow or any weather conditions that may prevent you from reaching or leaving the cabin. The road is plowed by the city and a snow shovel will be provided in case you get snowed in.

-If it snows the driveway will be cleared before you arrive at our cost. If it snows during your stay you must either use the provided snow shovel to dig yourself out or you may contact the host to hire a contractor to help at your cost.

-If you break or steal anything in the house and do not give notice you will be charged double the replacement cost when it is found after you leave.

-Host is not responsible for power, water, gas, cable, outages, weather or any other conditions that we cannot control. No refunds or discounts will be given.

-A rental agreement must be signed before arrival.
