The main level of The Hillside Hideaway has been fully updated and professionally decorated with a modern timeless luxury vibe featuring two bedrooms, two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen and a massive dining table with leaf extensions that can accommodate up to 12 people. The living room features a large sectional that pulls out to a queen size sleeper.

The lower level features an all inclusive queen suite with a dining room, kitchen, living area and private access to a fenced outdoor area.

The exterior of the property features balcony deck, a patio with a Solo Stove firepit with ample seating as well as a private backyard oasis.

Primary Bedroom:
A spacious room that offers a king-sized bed with a Nectar mattress, soft cotton linens, side tables with reading lamps, a Smart-TV, a private full bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.

Upstairs Bedroom:
This stylish room includes a queen bed with a Nectar mattress, side tables with reading lamps, a Smart-TV and a spacious closet.

Downstairs Bedroom:
This bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart-TV, and is located in the basement and has access to it's own private suite with kitchen, dining area, living rooms with two recliners and private patio.

The property has a large driveway with a split that can fit 4 cars comfortably. The property is located on a private road in a quiet neighborhood.

Three days prior to your arrival, a Welcome Letter will be sent to you explaining important details for your stay, as well as a unique access code to enter the property through the front door.

The Hillside Hideaway is located in the Skyland community, which is nestled about four minutes up a paved mountain road.

We are dog friendly at Hillside Hideaway! Guest may bring up to two well-behaved dogs. There is a nonrefundable $150 pet fee (per dog) with pre-approval by the host.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property to themselves and enjoy complete privacy in a quiet mountain neighborhood.

Note: The downstairs bedroom closet will be locked as it is used as a supply closet for our cleaning staff.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older and must have a valid photo ID on file with Airbnb.
